Smooth and Soft
I have color-treated, naturally curly hair and this mask helped make my hair feel smoother and softer. Leaving it on for 3-5 minutes in the shower is not a problem, but I do wish the container was a tall narrower, possibly squeeze bottle, instead of the wide jar, just for ease of fitting in my shower and ease of application. Regardless of the container, I will continue using this to help smooth my sometimes unruly mane.

Worth it!
My hair was becoming very dry and getting brittle. When I took my braids out and washed it , it started shedding. I did some research and after reading the reviews on this product I decided to try it. I noticed a difference after the first shampoo. My hair was softer. After the second shampoo there was significantly less shedding. By the third wash my hair was softer, shiner, and stronger with barely any shedding at all. I use this product in conjunction with a keratin mask treatment. It might be a little expensive, but it is well worth it. It has only been a few weeks that I have been using it. I will update in about a month.

the intermittent-use concept
It’s a product which, on first few uses, performs precisely as advertised; but then, after continued use daily over even a couple of weeks, seems to have shorter and shorter “effectiveness on the head for the day” staying power. Not any scientific study on my part, but I found that reverting back to any of a number of conditioners for a day or two between short runs of Keratin Intense seems to work best.

Ive bought this August! Read my thorough review
Iâm a mixed, triracial girl with mostly 3c curls. I bought this in August and Iâm just now about to run out (Its December) and I straighten my hair every two to three weeks. I like to keep my hair straight. My preference. And no, I have no heat damaged hair. Honestly. The secret is doing protein treatments. Donât do it often if your hair canât take it. You know your hair and hair type. The reason I bought this was because of a youtuber. This isnât a strong protein treatment (keratin is protein by the way). Itâs a soft mask. Now, things I donât like about it 1) the ingredient list. The keratin and collagen should be at least the third, fourth ingredient, not tenth. Parfum is the fifth ingredient. For what? Iâm not crazy on scents. How is parfum helping my hair besides it smelling good until I rinse it out? I find it stupid. Thatâs the only thing I got to say. This mask isnât a perm. No it wonât straighten your hair. Will it make your hair stay straight for longer? Honestly, eh. I donât see the difference. If itâs humid outside, your hair will puff up to a degree. If you put crazy amount of heat on your hair for it to not puff up, itâs probablyyyy damaged. The hair makes my hair feel somewhat soft but this is mainly a protein mask, not a moisturizing deep conditioner. I do think my hair gets protein to a certain degree. Mind you, I use this EVERY time I wash my hair. No, my hair doesnt have protein overload. If you feel like your hair does, balance it out by putting a moisturizing conditioner in your hair for a few minutes. Like I said, I straighten my hair often. Protein protects your hair if youâre the type to heat style it often or even chemically alter it. I will try a different mask that also has keratin and collagen but stronger.

Puffy Results
I purchased the Keratin Repair Hair Mask at first thinking it would straighten but then after reading the reviews, I realized it would not straighten just moisturize. I washed my hair and left it on for about 1 hour, since my hair is extremely damaged, curly and very frizzy. The scent was fine and it did soften, however It left the top of my head extremely puffy. I used the iron to try and flatten it but even two days later it was still puffy and fluffy. I had purchased another mask from Burlington Coat Factory called Vitamins Keratin Hair Mask Deep Conditioner that was on sale and am relieved to know that amazon also sells it. This mask worked much better and was able to tame my hair and eliminate the frizz. I also use Chi products and OGX Protecting + Silk Blowout Quick Drying Thermal Spray or Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Intensely Smooth Leave-In. I will not purchase this keratin repair one again since it did not help tame my hair.

THIS. STUFF. IS. AMAZING
IT IS SO AMAZING. LIKE IS IT KERATIN CRACK FOR HAIR? LOL I have mixed hair (Spanish and Black Caribbean). So my hair is half course and half thin (lol). And I did do a keratin process in my hair back during the summer. And I just recently bought it a couple of weeks ago and my hair acts like brand new: as if I just got a re-do of keratin in my hair. My hair is shiny, silky, and just looks overall happy. The scent is a little strong, but I don’t mind it. I have to say this is the best deep conditioner I have ever tried. It took me quite a search to find something great for keratin treated hair. But boy am I glad I put in the effort.

Best conditioner for my hair, ever!
I love everything about this product except the container. I wish it was in a squeeze tube rather than a large mouth jar. I’m always afraid of it getting knocked down in the shower and losing all the contents. Otherwise I whole heartedly recommend this product. My hair has never felt softer, shinier or felt better!
