more effective than another high quality brand
I’ve struggled with chronic, very stubborn insomnia for 25 years. Horrible way to live. I’ve tried just about everything under the sun to help me sleep – medications, supplements, various stress-reduction behaviors and therapies, etc etc – frankly it’s amazing how many things don’t work for me and every “expert” is baffled. It’s as if my brain and body’s sleep functions just don’t work correctly. I stopped various pharmaceuticals years ago, because they didn’t work long term, or because even if they did they came with damaging side effects or long-term health concerns. Regular GABA does not work for me, but pharma GABA does make a difference (along with various other supplements). Illustrating the severity of my insomnia, I have to take 1000mg of pharma GABA to see any difference. I’d been using another high-quality and expensive brand for some time – it did help but I still struggled often. Then I discovered this lower-cost option, and perhaps it’s just coincidence, but I have been sleeping pretty well since trying it, which in turn dramatically improves my quality of life. So I suppose that is potentially a huge-endorsement of this product from a serious chronic insomniac.

I totally recommend! I call them my happy pills .
Been taking Pharma-Gaba now for approximately 2 yrs . I call them my happy pills . I take 1 pill a day every day , if I’m feeling down or having issues with my anxiety I take another one . I keep a couple with me just in case . Keeps my moods more level . My hubby works from 6pm to 6 am and if he’s feeling a little sluggish he will take one . I love the fact that I dont feel any affects ather than my mood is better . Its all natural so thats great . I gave one to a friend that was having a pms day , she says to me about an hour later “I don’t feel anything ” So I mentioned to her she seemed to be in a better mood and told her and she was like ” Ya, I am , I didnt even notice ” She now takes Pharma gabba when Aunt Flo visits once a month. I totally recommend ! I just wish I could still order the bigger bottle .

A must for this slightly high strung person
During the pandemic I was going to school full time, had 3 kids remote learning, and managing a household. Times were nuts, I’m sure we can all relate in some way. Anti depressants aren’t for me so I was on the hunt for something to alternate route to keep me sane and manage anxiety.I decided to give these a shot, I really didn’t “feel” anything when taking them but when I was faced with situations that would usually make me “loose my cool” I started to notice that I was able to remain calm and collected and overcome many obstacles.I’ve recommended to many friends that have also had success with this brand of pharma Gabba to manage anxiety. We now have an inside joke on difficult days- “it’s double Gabba day”.I took them religiously everyday for a year and noticed I had gained a tolerance and had to either up the dose or take a break. I now take them as needed.

Fantastic product!
My primary care doctor recommended GABA for anxiety and stress reduction. This product works! I LOVE IT! I felt a difference within 1 hour or less. It totally calms your brain and since GABA is made by our brains and regulates itself, it is safe to take it. It also helps me sleep better and think more clearly. It clears racing thoughts caused by stress. I highly recommend it. It is best to take it at the same time at night daily.

Slowed down my heart rate, relaxed me, helped me sleep (and not be anxious), but… gave me a crazy headache and made me feel kinda shaky inside, so I had to stop taking it.
