But one day I came across these pills, which have a very good composition and they helped me right away. Their price fully corresponds to their quality, so I can recommend them.

According to WebMD and other authoritative sources, magnesium *may* help improve sleep quality by promoting relaxation and regulating neurotransmitters involved in sleep. Foods rich in magnesium, such as leafy greens, nuts, and seeds, can also support adequate magnesium levels without the need for supplements.I’ve found that magnesium by itself does not get me to fall asleep faster, so I rely on 5mg of melatonin when I need it, which this product has.I don’t have any trust in the included GABA and “botanical blend” (i.e. plants) since that stuff has no science behind it. The Cleveland Clinic reports that “itâs not known what effects â if any â taking dietary GABA supplements may have on your brain.”So, I can test this only as a melatonin supplement. With Walmart’s generic Spring Valley brand selling at 4.1 cents each in a bottle of 120 tablets for $4.88, I simply cannot recommend this product that costs 67 cents each. That’s 16 times the store brand price. Magnesium glycinate is also widely available for a fraction of the price: under 20 cents per pill.I won’t be ordering this again.âï¸1 star â I don’t recommend it at all, poor quality.âï¸âï¸ 2 stars â I don’t recommend it: has multiple faults, or a very high price.âï¸âï¸âï¸ 3 stars â It’s passable: it has some faults, but the quality is ok for what it is.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ 4 stars â Product quite acceptable, and it does what it promises.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ 5 stars â Product that I totally recommend.

After taking the recommended dosage, I fell asleep fast, stayed asleep all night, and woke up feeling well rested. This product is the best that I have tried for sleep.
