It is powerful I had no problems digesting it and I donât believe it has taste or smell. Like it says in the box and label you should take it 30 minutes before bed time so it dissolves, but I took two and I was out all night this stuff is power I recommend only one.

Work good but makes me feel drowsy the next day
Pros and cons with these.I ordered these release tablets by mistake instead of the chewableâs. I couldnât send them back and I didnât want them to go to waste so I thought Iâd try them. Iâve been taken the chewables in this brand for years off and on and my body got used to them so Iâve increased the dosage over time. I usually take 20-25mg on most nights. Since starting to take the release kind, I take 1 because theyâre 10mg, in addition to 10-15mg chewables. These definitely work at allowing me to fall asleep and stay asleep during the night. Just taking the other kind, thereâs times Iâd wake up a few times but not after combining the two kinds. However I do feel groggy the next day. I never felt like this before with chewables. I am allowing myself to sleep 6-9 hours so nothing has changed with that.I may take less chewables or stop them all together to see if it makes a difference. Iâll play around with my dosages and maybe the release is really what I needed all along. If so, then Iâm happy I ordered these by mistake.Also, Iâll come back to update my review if thereâs any changes.

It Works!!
I bought this brand because it received high marks on some review sites. I’ve been using it for a few months and prefer it to some other brands I’ve tried. The tablet is small and goes down easily.

Melatonin products don’t work for everyone. I slept maybe 2-3 hours then would wake up. So I threw the rest of the bottle away.

The directions say to take 30 minutes before bed. I fall asleep easily but canât stay asleep. Someone suggested these. I turned all my electronics off and took 1 hour before bed. I slept thru the night. I also read you shouldnât take melatonin everyday. Bummed about that as it helps me sleep. I wasnât groggy when I woke up just excited I slept for more than 4 hours. Highly recommend. I will use on nights my brain canât shut off. Theyâre easy to swallow. I would really like to know the time release times. For example if I took at 9:00pm is it good for 8 hours, 10 or so on?
