Iâve been buying these for about 6 months now from Target but canât always get out with my work schedule. Started buying these on Amazon and I donât think Iâll go back.They came quickly, quality seal and taste were as expected. Theyâre little thin tablets that taste pretty good and they dissolve quickly. I take two cause I have insomnia pretty bad and am on ADHD meds during the day.Havenât had any side effects thus far. I take them about an hour and a half before Iâm ready to knock out. They put me to sleep gently while reading, or playing on my phone. I realize Iâm falling asleep and cut the electronics for the evening.Keep in mind if youâre up dancing and carrying on and take them, you may as well not have. They donât do it for me if Iâve been up dancing or working out. They arenât magic beans lol. Take them when your heart rate is normal and youâre literally winding down. Enjoy!

My New Sleep Remedy
These melatonin tablets are great for my sleepless nights. The taste took some getting used to, but they’ve really helped me. I was new to trying melatonin, but after seeing all the good reviews, I had to give it a shot. I’m glad I did – they work wonders for me. I’ve already ordered a second bottle.

Works well, but worried about dose
For some reason this is the only melatonin brand that works for me. Is it because of the veritable horse’s dose? Or do they add even more than what the label says? (Supplements aren’t regulated, so unless there’s 3rd party testing, we can’t know for sure. For example Consumer Reports found CBD in a different melatonin brand…)I worry about the dose, long-term – you’re not supposed to take melatonin long-term, and the high dose makes this extra concerning for me. Physiologically your blood only has <1mg, so 10mg dosage is huge. It's my 3rd or 4th bottle already and it gives me restful sleep, without it sleep isn't as restful.As far as melatonin goes, it works well, tastes good. Occasionally I get groggy in the morning if I don't eat dinner before taking it. The first time I took the full pill it was probably an overdose -- gave me bad anxiety and a few other weird symptoms in the morning (apparently one can overdose melatonin), but I think I've developed some sort of resistance, and haven't had those symptoms since. I take about 90% of a pill nightly, about 30 mins before bed. Probably best to try to wean oneself off of it, but if you need it, it's probably much better than the alternatives - other types of sleeping pills.
