WE COST MORE, WHY? One, we don’t use cheap fillers. Most other brands list glycerin among their main ingredients. Glycerin is just a filler which, in larger quantities, clings to enamel, inhibits calcium absorption & can attract plaque. Two, we use the highest quality nano-hydroxyapatite which has been clinically tested for effective enamel repair & sensitivity relief. Three, our concentrated formula makes this the economical choice, it lasts longer as you only need a pea sized dab.
ENAMEL REPAIR TOOTHPASTE WITH HYDROXYAPATITE: Hydroxyapatite is a naturally occurring form of calcium that forms over 90% of a tooth’s enamel. Thanks to its ability to fill in and repair enamel damage, it is great for a remineralizing toothpaste. Plus, as hydroxyapatite is pure white, it adds gentle and non-abrasive whitening to your teeth. With a high concentration of two forms of hydroxyapatite, our holistic toothpaste provides superior remineralization and sensitivity relief.
SUPERIOR TOOTH REMINERALIZATION: Our mineralizing toothpaste has a low RDA (relative dentin abrasivity) of 87 & a pH range of 7.2 – 7.4 for optimal enamel protection. With an 11% concentration of a unique bioavailable nano and non-nano hydroxyapatite formulation, our dentist researched formulation targets sensitivity and remineralization from two paths using the nano to dig deep into your damaged enamel and the non-nano hydroxyapatite to support your saliva’s natural mineralization process.
DENTIST FORMULATED AND MADE IN THE USA: Researched for over 7 years by one of the nations top holistic dentists, this formulation is designed to support the health of your entire oral cavity. His practice and philosophy follows a biomimetic approach to health–biomimetic means to use techniques that imitate and use nature’s own patterns for healing and health. Your mouth is the gateway to your body and your best health starts with great oral health.
POTENT INGREDIENTS: Our nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste is packed with Xylitol for anti-cavity properties, organic aloe for natural healing, sea salt to tighten gums + is gluten, soy, dairy & glycerin free!* This sensitive toothpaste is also free of harsh whiteners, SLS, petroleum or animal products making it a vegan friendly toothpaste. *New production as of Jul 2024 is glycerin free however, please note you may still receive a unit with trace amounts of glycerin until our inventory is fully turned over.

Teeth feel clean and improved breath
I noticed a difference right away after switching to this toothpaste and the lozenges. I was noting a lot of bad breath issues when wearing masks, so I gave these products a try. My teeth and mouth feel cleaner after brushing. I rarely use harsh mouth wash anymore as it kills the good bacteria that these products promote. I had to wear a mask for 12 hours on a recent flight and my breath didnât bother me like it used to. I have decent teeth and gums, but they have been deteriorating with age. My teeth and gums feel healthier since starting this product and my tongue isnât as white, Iâll be curious to see what the dentist says on my next visit.

Updated review! Try the Peppermint WOW
Update. Jan 2025Was contacted by seller and offered a different flavor. I was sent Peppermint WOW. We’ll, the flavor name says it all! WOW. The offtaste in Wintogreen isn’t present in the peppermint. Toothpaste works as stated, and leaves your mouth and breath minty clean!Tried this toothpaste, after using 2 tubes of Davids non flouride toothpaste. While not bad, the taste is a bit off, and this doesn’t seem to keep your teeth as white as David’s. Maybe the off taste is the wintergreen vs the peppermint. The reason I tried it was price. Davids is much more expensive.

This is the best toothpaste I have tried so far in my life (UPDATE: not anymore)
Update for February 11th, 2023: I just switched back to Pearlie White A.R.T. because I tried it for the first time today since October (which is when I bought the toothpaste this review is for). All I can say is: wow, I don’t know what I was thinking. Pearlie White A.R.T. is much easier to use because it’s a foaming toothpaste, and it leaves my mouth feeling and tasting sanitized. Pro-Mineralizer isn’t foaming at all. It just turns into a watery liquid. It also doesn’t leave my mouth feeling and tasting as clean as Pearlie White A.R.T. does. It even rinses easier than Pro-Mineralizer. I can get my mouth feeling perfectly rinsed with about half as many rinses, which equates to using about half as much water on rinsing.I’ve also developed some sensitivity issues due to gum recession on my bottom rear molars over the past couple of months. These molars have severe issues all on their own, but I never had any problems with Pearlie White A.R.T. and so I’m currently hoping that Pro-Mineralizer was the culprit. I’ll know within a day or two if it was the culprit, so I’ll update this when I know.Regardless, after just one use of Pearlie White A.R.T. again, I immediately tossed my tube of Pro-Mineralizer in the garbage. I’m going to miss the nice tube because it never loses its shape, but it turns out that this is the only thing I like about it. For everything else, Pearlie White A.R.T. wins by a total knockout.Below is the original review, just for reference:Several years ago, I stopped using fluoride toothpaste because I discovered Theodent. I was obsessed over that toothpaste and I thought it was by far the best fluoride-free toothpaste on the planet. Then I tried Apagard Premio and then I thought that one was the best one on the planet. lolThen I tried Pearlie White A.R.T. because it’s free of all those harsh ingredients. I mean wow, just look at some of the ingredients in Apagard Premio:Water, Dental Grade Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Concentrated Glycerin, Medical Hydroxyapatite, Macrogol 400, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, B-glycyrrhetinic Acid, Cetylpyridinium Chloride, Xylitol, Sodium SIlicate, Silicic Anhydride, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Flavor, Hydrolyzed Conchiolin Solution, Saccharin Sodium, Trimagnesium Phosphate, Alkyldiaminoethylglycerine Hydrochloride Solution”Almost half of these are very bad. Lots of people think that a mint flavor makes toothpaste sting and tingle, but it’s all of the super harsh ingredients, like Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. I’m speaking from experience here.I’m almost done with my last tube of Pearlie White A.R.T. and I recently discovered I love Dr. Bronner’s soap, and so I thought I’d try their toothpaste too. All I can say is “Meh”. It’s ok. I took it back and decided to just stay with Pearlie White A.R.T. Yous ee, Dr. Bronner’s is non-foaming (it comes out as a paste and turns into a liquid), but I didn’t get the feeling or impression that it stayed on my teeth while I was brushing. I think all of it was pooled in the bottom of my mouth. Then I decided to try the toothpaste I’m reviewing here: the Pro-Mineralizer toothpaste. It is just as non-foaming as the Dr. Bronner’s toothpaste, but somehow it’s far better than theirs. You see, before I turn on my electric toothbrush, I coat my teeth with the toothpaste. That’s just what I’ve always done. With Dr. Bronner’s, it was as though that was a waste of my time because like I said, it seems it doesn’t stay on my teeth. With this Pro-Mineralizer toothpaste, I don’t get that feeling. It seems to “stick” to my teeth until I’m all done (so, until I rinse). That’s very nice. That’s exactly what I want. I still get a pool of liquid in the bottom of my mouth like with Dr. Bronner’s toothpaste, but I can actually see it on my upper teeth before I start actually brushing with my electric toothbrush turned on. So I put some on my brush, spread it all around, and then I turn my toothbrush on and I slowly move from tooth to tooth. As I do this, I can tell the Pro-Mineralizer toothpaste is still on my upper teeth. Again, this is precisely what I want. That’s not really why I’m so happy with it though. It is noticeably more effective as a Hydroxyapatite toothpaste than Pearlie White A.R.T. I don’t know if this is because it also contains nano-Hydroxyapatite or what, but there’s a big difference because my teeth were immediately less sensitive than I’ve become accustomed to with Pearlie White A.R.T. (so they weren’t all that sensitive before but now they’re even LESS sensitive and I didn’t know they could become less sensitive), and my teeth are also smoother than ever. To test it, I gently grind my teeth. I’ve learned that this is a good test with toothpaste that claims to strengthen the enamel. This is the way my teeth felt with Theodent and Apagard Premio, except I don’t have to worry about ANY of the ingredients! Not even 1 ingredient. It’s awesome. I think one customer would beg to differ because they claim, and I quote: “Wintergreen, Himalayan pink salt and bentonite are all naturally high in aluminum”. Well good grief, it’s not like I’m eating this toothpaste. I use it and then I spit it out! This customer says it’s not worth the money and to go with Pearlie White instead. Really? Read on:So about those ingredients: this toothpaste rinses away perfectly very easily. I’ve never experienced this before! Even Pearlie White A.R.T. leaves something behind even after over a dozen rinses, and I use very warm water. I don’t like using cold water to rinse away a soap-like product. It’s just how I roll. Plus, I love how it feels to rinse with very warm water. So yes, while Pearlie White A.R.T. is far easier to rinse than most toothpastes on the market, this Pro-Mineralizer rinses away far easier. Every time I used Pearlie White A.R.T., I’d still feel like spitting for a good hour afterward, as though I didn’t get it all out. It was like I was continuing to produce suds to spit out. That doesn’t happen at all with this Pro-Mineralizer toothpaste. When I’m done rinsing, I’m actually done rinsing and my mouth tastes and feels great. This toothpaste makes me kind of hate Pearlie White A.R.T. now. That’s kind of crazy when I think about it because I thought Pearlie White A.R.T. was the last toothpaste I’d ever try, but now here I am saying it’s nowhere near as good as this Pro-Mineralizer toothpaste.I’m not fond of the flavor though but again, it leaves my mouth feeling and tasting great afterward. It’s like magic: it doesn’t taste all that good to me while using it (it’s not BAD at all, it’s just not wintergreen minty), but after rinsing it’s like “Wow! Nice.” It makes me think of something that’s squeaky-clean and sparkly and shiny because I sense no residue whatsoever. It has a beautiful aroma though, and of course that’s because it has a Wintergreen flavor. I love its aroma. So, I knocked off a star for the flavor and also because it was difficult to get the seal off of the opening of the tube. When I finally got it to come off, at least 2-3 pea-sized “servings” squeezed out and were lost. It wasn’t from squeezing it; it just came out as though the tube was overfilled, either with toothpaste or with air. I don’t know. I am worried though mine doesn’t actually contain 4oz of toothpaste because it’s lighter than I expected it to be. However, maybe this toothpaste isn’t very dense and so maybe it has the consistency and weight/mass similar to whipped cream or something. So maybe it’s 4 liquid ounces, but maybe it’s like comparing 4oz of water to 4oz of foam. Do you know what I mean? I mean, 4 oz of water is heavier and denser than 4 oz of foam. That’s the best analogy I can think of and maybe it explains why this toothpaste is lighter than I expected. Whatever though: I love this stuff. So even if it’s not actually 4oz of toothpaste, I don’t really care because this is by far the best toothpaste I’ve tried so far. I still have maybe 20% of my last tube of Pearlie White A.R.T. remaining and I don’t want to use it. I think I’ll throw it out because I like the Pro-Mineralizer that much. So if it doesn’t actually contain 4oz of toothpaste, I’m fine with that because I want to keep having this experience for the foreseeable future. I wish I had a way to tell if it actually contains 4oz though. Oh well. It’s awesome toothpaste!Oh, and just a bit of a warning: it’s not white toothpaste. You can see it in some of the customer images (just be warned, it’s a very negative review just because they got a defective tube that leaked during shipment). It looks like they were the only customer to have that problem though. Hey, if you manufacturer something enough times, you’re going to end up with some that are defective. Right?

Love this flouride free toothpaste.
Iâve tried a lot of fluoride free toothpastes and this is by far my favorite. The taste is refreshing and minty and I like that it has hydroxyapatite. I have a divot in one of my teeth from grinding and was starting to have some sensitivity there. However since using this toothpaste I no longer have that sensitivity.

Clunky toothpaste tube hard to use.
The toothpaste is OK, but the toothpaste tube is terrible. I wonât order again. It is hard to control how much comes out. At the price of this toothpaste every drop needs to be usable. The tube is very stiff. Once it hits about half full you have to take the lid off and scrape the toothpaste down to the bottom then push on it before it escapes back up the tube. The plastic tools that can slide over the end of the toothpaste tube do not fit this brand. The flat endocrinology the tube is too thick to work.

Better dentist checkups
I am retired and want to keep my teeth. Over years have gone regularly to dentist and had a lot of work done but have almost all my teeth (few crowns and caps). Love having teeth cleaned twice year. 2 years ago went to have teeth cleaned and was told I was having trouble with my gums and needed lots of work on them or I would loose my teeth. Went home and started looking online for help when I came across this toothpaste ad and found it on Amazon. It arrived right away and I started using it twice day. I even added teeth brushing to my daily to do list. I went back 6 months later to have my teeth clean (never had any of their teeth and gum treatments). In past 2 years using twice daily have not had any dental work and was told my gums looked like a 24 year old.Does not foam as much and tastes different a little but not bad. But works great.

Iâve been using the Pro-Mineralizer Toothpaste in Wintermint for a few months now, and itâs truly become a staple in my oral care routine. The wintermint flavor is refreshing but not too overpowering, leaving my mouth feeling fresh and clean. What I love most is that itâs fluoride-free and uses Nano Hydroxyapatite, which supports enamel restoration in a more natural way.Beyond the flavor and the main ingredient, the added ingredients like aloe vera and sea salt have been fantastic for my overall oral health. Aloe vera is known for its soothing properties, and I feel itâs really helped keep my gums in good condition, while the sea salt helps with gentle cleaning. Xylitol is another great addition, as itâs known to help fight bacteria and reduce the risk of cavities. These natural ingredients make me feel confident about what Iâm putting in my mouth every day. After several months of use, my teeth are less sensitive, and they feel smoother and stronger. While the price is a bit higher than regular toothpaste, the benefits Iâve experienced make it well worth it.If youâre looking for a natural toothpaste that effectively supports oral health with high-quality ingredients, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

Finally a hydroxyapatite toothpaste that doesnât contain mint or menthol. Iâve hunted high and low for a non mint toothpaste thatâs remineralising and floride free. Every single similar brand contained mint as either the primary or secondary flavour and some donât even bother to list it in ingredients. I love wintergreen flavour and it so far doesnât trigger the mint allergy I have acquired. My only complaint is the price, considerably more expensive than similar items, not sure why the premium price is applied, they claim a certain percentage of hydroxyapatite âmore than other brandsâ although many other brands donât list the amount so canât confirm the claim and Iâm not sure how this brand makes that claim. This toothpaste is non foaming, it doesnât contain surfactant so donât expect it to perform like a regular toothpaste. having used non foaming or low foam for a while, this is not an issue for me.It cleans my teeth ok and I donât seem to have any sensitivity issues which Iâd had previously.Iâd give It another star if it had a better price. But I saw a whitening toothpaste advert for one of the major brands and it was RRP £18 so maybe this isnât so expensive.

Not sure what this actually doing to my teeth, but time will tell. The taste is, well, ordinary, and the cost is plain stupid, overpriced in fact.

As someone else mentioned, this definitely smells of deep heat and it tastes how you would imagine deep heat to taste like, not that I have ever tasted it but you get the picture! Itâs a shame because I really wanted to give this a go but the taste is just so overpowering to me and I just couldnât continue with it. It has quite a nice texture, albeit less thick than some other toothpastes, and it is kind of a beige colour rather than white.I like the sound of most of the ingredients and really wanted to give it a go but for the high cost of it and the fact that it tastes so unpleasant to me I canât recommend it.If they do bring out different flavours such as a regular mint, mild mint, or spearmint would be my favourite, then I will definitely re-purchase it again and give it another go. But this particular flavour is definitely a no-go for me, and I have tried lots of different natural toothpastes over the last several years, and there arenât many to choose from with a good amount of hydroxyapatite in the ingredients so I was hopeful for this one but sadly this particular flavour is just not for me!
