The only good about this item was the attractive packaging and speedy arrival. I used this last Thursday (02/28) evening on my puppy and he not only didn’t smell good, but he also woke up Friday morning unable to open his right eye. Now, mind you I have used other deodorizing spray without fail on him for two years. The white of his right eye was blood red. I rinsed it with saline thinking it was just irritated from his fur, which seemed to help some. Then, I left to go out of town for the weekend, and he stayed home with my husband. When I arrived home late Sunday evening, he not only couldn’t open his right eye, but his left was also turning blood red. He was barely opening his eyes. I contacted his vet who advised an eye wash and benadryl. Thankfully, he is finally turning a corner, and his eyes are clearing. I would never advise using this on a pet. I didn’t even spray it near his eyes, but he clearly couldn’t tolerate this product!!!
