I have struggled with phlegm for many years. I have tried all kinds of things to get rid of it, and this seems to actually work. It doesnât take the problem away completely, but it really helps. And because I am weak and canât cough well, I often feel like Iâm choking when I have phlegm. these drops help me to feel less afraid of choking, and that is worth quite a bit for me.I also drink the tea, and sometimes I put the drops in the tea if Iâm really struggling. I can also put the drops in soda or water or whatever Iâm drinking, as well as taking them on their own. The flavor is not terrible and I donât mind it at all.Iâm grateful to have found these drops and will be purchasing again.

Seems to be clearing things out
I recently quit smoking and wanted to find a way to cleanse my lungs. I started taking this 2 weeks ago and I feel like it is helping to get the gunk out of my system. There is no taste that I notice. My only advice for the company would be to provide information or markings on the dropper that help to quickly add the correct amount per serving. I personally add the entire daily amount into my large water bottle and do not want to spend time sitting counting 30 drops.
