It tastes alright I do put a little extra water than it calls for but itâs refreshing and does the job pretty well as advertised. It does keep you hydrated for all moms who worry about not keeping up with drinking a lot of water. And when it comes to breastfeeding or pumping it does really help. Of course you do have to keep up with feeding on demand and pumping regularly if you arenât it will only keep you hydrated which in turn is still good. Itâs definitely worth the buy.

The flavor takes a little getting used to, not going to lie, but now i drink one of these every day. Itâs not overly sweet like other electrolyte drinks and it doesnât have any artificial sweeteners. Itâs also more affordable than many of the healthy hydration options.

Not a water drinker/great flavor
These keep me drinking water. I have a whole regimen so I can’t speak specifically how much these play a part, but I do see a decrease in my supply if I skip a day or two. I have two a day but I am trying to keep up with EBF twins.

These tablets are just okay. Most importantly they did not result in any improvement in lactation, but that they are necessarily supposed to, but it would have been nice. Also the flavor is a bit off, definitely not my favorite. And if you put it in a bottle be careful – they are effervescent to the point of violence if you don’t let the air escape. For me they were worth a try, but I would not buy again. 4 stars because there’s no harm in trying them, but I get the same result from using a little Pedialyte once in a while.

These came in stuck together. I have had to just throw 2 in my drink twice as I couldnât get the tablets apart. The taste is eh.

Great Taste
These were my favorite lactation supplements. They never caused any excess gas in my newborn and gave me the hydration boost I needed while breast feeding and pumping. They also taste great!

Very similar to an alkaseltzer and took forever to dissolve. the last thing I want when having a newborn is added gas to upset my stomach. I assumed the berry flavor would be sweet but itâs very bitter.

It has an acquired taste, but itâs fine. Personally I have a challenge eating or even hydrating however Iâm exclusively breastfeeding which makes me super tired all the time! This actually helps to not only hydrate but I attest to having a milk letdown every time I finish a dose of this plus I feel way more energetic and hydrated tooIâd say itâs effective but keep in mind that it will work only if you lack/need what it was made to do
