Actually works!
My daughter has struggled with sleeping since she turned 1…she is almost 3…I has tried everything to help her. We would spend 2 or 3 hours most nights trying to get her back to sleep. I thought I would give this a try. She likes the chewable tablet. I give her 1 tab about 30mins before bedtime and she sleeps all night! Wakes up perfectly well rested no side effects. I am so thankful!

I have been using this for a few years now. It is irreplaceable. No other works like this. No other product ever has a similar effect. It is neither strong nor weak. Just right. You know you are not harming your child.all ingredients are in perfect proportions and there are not too many of them,And most importantly, they are not those hopeless jelly beans with a lot of sugar.

Awesome for neurodivergent kids with insomnia
We have a 7 year old with adhd and autism, as well as a 5 year old. Both have a hard time falling asleep before 10 pm no matter what we try, esp our 7 year old girl. Straight kids melatonin helps them a little bit, but not as good as this one that also includes some magnesium. Added bonus of them having less constipation probably due to the magnesium. We love it. It also tastes better than most and doesn’t leave a gross gooey residue on their teeth, so brushing before bed is less messy thanks to these been chewable tabs. Other brands are gummies that make dental hygiene harder in little ones. This one is perfect and we are sad when it goes out of stock.

I use these for myself to help on nights I canât fall asleep. I like that there is only 1 mg melatonin since it doesnât take much for me to fall asleep. Love that there are natural sleep aids in this chewable. Tastes great too!
