Truly helps get rid of dandruff
I use it every hair wash day before using my normal shampoo and conditioner. It has helped me manage the dandruff on my scalp tremendously. Now I won’t say it removed it completely, but it definitely got rid of the embarrassing amount. I apply it on the scalp only, leave it for about 3 minutes and rinse with cold water. Then I apply regular shampoo, followed with conditioner.

This shampoo works
I bought this shampoo on the advice of someone on the internet. This shampoo worked. After I shampooed with other shampoos my head itched like crazy. It was driving me crazy. I used head and shoulders for a while but that didn’t help. I really didn’t have dandruff, I had an extremely itchy scalp. This shampoo was recommended and it was good. I have used twice so far and so far so good.

Seems to be just like the MG217 Coal tar shampoo for psoriasis
I bought this because the psoriasis version of mg217 was hard to get. It was price hiked because of its scarcity. This however seemed like the same formula and as far as I can tell it is. It has the 3% coal tar. The only difference I can tell is it is in a different container. This one is a tube which doesn’t work as well since the shampoo is so liquid like. But it still works but would be better in a bottle. The price is lower than the psoriasis branded mg217 so I’ll probably let just keeping using this one!

BE VERY CAREFUL
When shopping with this brand, be very careful. I was trying to purchase coal tar shampoo but ended up with salicylic acid shampoo instead. They look exactly alike. For those of us who don’t see so well, it’s easy to get them mixed up. I wish they would label them in different colors or something like that.

Excellent quality
After years of purchasing higher cost biotin and collagen enriched shampoo and conditioner- this is my go to. It has helped tremendously with my aging hair loss and most importantly, with no dandruff but obsessive itchy (probably neurotic) scalp. Sometimes I use a little extra of my biotin conditioner but even without it , my hair is actually fuller and way less itchy . Pleasant almost no fragrance . Love this shampoo.

Good product but use with regular shampoo ð§´
This product does work however it does not foam so you need to use it on a one-to-one ratio with regular shampoo. It does dry your hair out a lot so I advise conditioning right after, otherwise you’re going to have breakage and itchy dry scalp.

Works well
Has worked well for my itchy scalp. I had tried the T/Sal prior to this product and didn’t think that worked as well. It’s less expensive than T/Sal and as far as I can tell has the same active ingredient. Will continue to use.

I got this as I recently had itchy scalp and I thought it may be due to scalp build up. I do not have dandruff problem. So got this because of the salicylic acid and wanted a scalp detox. Iâm not exactly sure if this works, but iâm partly to blame as I donât think I leave it on the scalp as long as recommended. Instruction says to leave in on âfor a few minutesâ. Unlike putting on a face mask where you can multitask n walk around doing stuff with a mask on (or lie back and relax), you canât do that with this shampoo. You just have to stay in the shower, twiddle your thumbs and wait it out. This I find is the greatest inconvenience. So I usually leave it on for at most 5 minutes as Iâm not blessed with abundance of patience. So perhaps because of this, itâs not working as well as claimed in many other reviews, for me. Perhaps next time Iâll bring a crossword puzzle into the showerâ¦.
