I’ve held off from writing a review right away despite liking it after the first time I’ve used it. I wanted to write a super thorough review about my opinion on this product and I hope it helps. My friend group and I have been discussing salmon PDRN just around the end of January, but it’s been the beauty trend in Korea since last year. I actually bought the Medicube Salmon PDRN Pink One Day Serum on a Korean beauty website before seeing this product on Amazon. My serum from Amazon was delivered the next day after ordering, while the package from Korea still hasn’t arrived yet. I went ahead and used this, and they weren’t kidding about the INSTANT hydration. It’s the most beautiful serum I’ve used in a really long time. It instantly made my skin supple and glowy, and it stayed hydrated all day without any additional mists or sprays. For a few days, I only used the serum and then moisturizer, whereas I’d normally have a few more steps and products in my routine. Even with my regular almost a dozen-step skincare routine, I think the serum is wonderful in both methods. It’s more noticeable in the super simplified skincare since if it were anything else, my face would feel super tight and dry and not as dewy and glowy even with moisturizer. This serum is lightweight with a clear pink tint. It doesn’t smell fishy or much of anything (non-fragranced). It gives my skin instant hydration and a “glass skin glow” look without the other steps of an Asian skincare routine. The box has 10 one-day vials that are similar to eye drops. You twist or break off the top of a vial and apply it to your clean face after toner. The listing advised this is best to use instantly, or if you must, you can reseal and use it within one day. The downside to this is the last drop in the “vial” is almost virtually impossible to get out, so I’d normally leave it 🥲. Honestly, the amount within a single vial is enough for me to use twice a day—half in the morning, and I put the ‘cap’ back on and then apply the remainder in the evening after I wash my face. I did not experience any skin sensitivities or reactions. There is a slight stickiness/tackiness after it dries down, but this is where I apply the remainder of my skincare or makeup. It’s actually a pretty good primer for my base and not a bother to me personally. I’ve tried using this after the PDRN exosome and without exosome. I think if you are able to do professional microneedling or can incorporate red light therapy or exosome into your beauty routine, you should, and applying this afterward would give the best ROI of the product and how much you spent on your skin. If you’re not able to do any of the previously mentioned treatments, it’s okay too! My skin looks and feels lovely with just this product and moisturizer. I was sleep-deprived and really tired one day yet received compliments like I looked “fresh” and “you’re glowing!” I love this product so much I bought another Medicube bundle on Amazon with the PDRN One Day Serum and the Pink Peptide Serum since it seems pretty comparable to the price in Korea and it’s delivered next day (also had an additional 10% off). After 17 days of usage, I still like this One Day Serum, and since it’s in a vial, it’ll be easy to pack in my skincare pouch when I need to travel. I don’t know yet how I feel about the Pink Peptide Serum. The Peptide Serum has a more opaque and darker pink (sort of like a more muted Pepto-Bismol color) and a faint kind of “off” rose scent. The Pink Peptide is more for long-term use that will help with brightening and clearing up blemishes. The One Day Serum is concentrated & instant hydration.While this could be pricey if you don’t want to splurge on a serum, this is a beautiful product. I like this more than my BOJ serum, and yes, while this One Day Serum is pricey for 10 vials, it’s significantly cheaper than History of Whoo essence. As you can see… I’ve stocked up (package from Korea finally arrived) and will continue to purchase more during good sales. I’ve never noticed instant gratification from any skincare products like this that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. This high-concentrated serum makes my skin supple and glowy, and honestly, this is the best sort of self-care I could do for myself after a crappy day at work.

Not for folks who dislike tacky and sticky
I ordered this product to help with aging skin – at 64 my skin is begging for help. So I thought the Medicube Salmon Serum might be beneficial.Unfortunately I haven’t given it much time to work wonders (or not) because I really don’t like the texture at all. Other than the fact that it’s a clear pink serum, it is super thick, goopy, and sticky on my face and neck. I applied it around 4:30 pm and it’s now 7:30 pm as I write this and I can still feel a bit of resistance, ie, tacky film, on my face and chest. On my neck it’s even thicker and stickier.I’m guessing that because I don’t have super dry skin that absorbs – I have semi-oily skin, still – that this kind of serum just isn’t for me.
