    Very helpful for scars

    Diligence is rewarding
    I bought this scar healing cream for my mom after she a had a partial parotidectomy in July 2024. After the 2 weeks post op follow-up (first picture), her surgeon instructed her to begin using the Mederma scar cream twice daily for 3-6 months, with applying SPF 50 sun screen on top of that layer when she knew she would be going and remaining outside for longer than 5 minutes. My mom followed this advice perfectly without fail, and now after 6 months in January 2025 (second picture), her scar has no darkening in pigment and simply appears as a natural skin fold. She is very happy that she stuck so well to the surgeon’s advice, and after 2 tubes worth of cream, she will not have to order any more. Super pleased with her result!

    Works well!
    I had surgery on my face so I need to reduce the scar. Mederma gel worked really well for a while but then I found I needed the cream. It’s dramatically reducing the scar. My eyes are really sensitive to any cream I use on my face so my eyes are i but I decided to keep using it. I’m glad I did. I need to reduce the scar and they small irritation to my eyes is no big deal. I highly recommend Maderma. It worked wonders on a surgical scar on my wrist too.

    Saw Improvement
    I’ve been using this for two months on a year-old burn, and I can already see improvement. The ointment has a nice smell and isn’t too greasy. However, I did experience some severe itchiness as a side effect.

    The following is the same review I used for the Maderma PM:This review has no scientific research behind it but I believe that this Mederma in combination with the daily Maderma and a masager – (Muscle Roller for Muscles Deep Tissue/w Drawstring Gym Bag | Cellulite Remover Myofascial Massage Tool – Tennis Elbow Massager, Calf, Leg n Forearm Roller I High Density Foam Roller) – have worked wonders on the scar from my total knee replacement. After the wound was fully healed and I felt comfortable I could not accidentally open the wound, about eight weeks after the operation I began using the roller massager at night rolling it up and down from left to right and then back again twice moving it over about a half inch each time the whole length of the scar. Afterward I would rub in a very small amount of Maderma PM (about pea sized) the length of the scar and repeat with the regular Maderma in the morning. After about eight weeks now the scar is much less pronounced and is not unpleasant to look at. I’m impressed.

    Improved, did not eliminate scars
    I had 3 scars that were couple months old. Mederma may have reduced the appearance by 50% after 2 1/2 months. I’ve not noticed any improvement in while so I suspect thats the best it will do. Hard to know for sure if it was the Mederma or natural healing the reduced the scars.

    La textura es ligera y deja una capa en la piel que la mantiene hidratada, la foto de la derecha es a un mes de mi cirugia y a la izquierda es luego de 7 semanas con mederma, creo que va bastante bien, desde luego no es mágico y requiere constancia.

    Premetto che è arrivato oggi il pacco in perfette condizioni all’esterno. Ma all’interno la confezione aperta, schiacciata, senza il bigiardino(non so se ne sia provvisto) ma soprattutto il contenuto del tubetto era meno della metà!! Per curiosità l’ho pesato ed era di soli 27gr. Una crema che costa più di 60 euro mi sembra una grandissima presa in giro. Spero di poter fare il reso e di ricevere il prodotto integro.

    It is effective in smoothing and lightening scars. For deep keloids, it’ll take months. Be patient, as I have tried it on my post-surgery keloid.
