Iâve been taking these for around three months and I can tell a big difference in my stomach. It doesnât help to lose weight or anything like that, but it does help with some bloating and keeping you regular in the restroom. Iâm going to keep buying these. They taste wonderful as well.

I originally bought the kids gummies probiotics. They tasted really good and afterwards order the adult version since the price is the same. Both kids and adult have the same ingredients, everything is the same. The only difference is adult version is recommended to take 2. Honestly, 1 for adult is fine for me.I did see changes especially after I stopped taking them because they had finished. During the time I took them, I wasnât bloated even during my menstrual cycle my bloating was far less than usual. I also used the bathroom more often than I regularly do. Definitely worth the buy. We (I) spend more on coffee a week than we will on these gummies.

Edit 2025-03-08: seller was nice enough to offer a full refund, so I am bumping up my review by one starOriginal review:I notice zero difference after taking these for weeks. I was taking them as an experiment to see if they’d help with my brain fog or mood issues stemming from Long Covid. I suspect they would only benefit people who took antibiotics / have really poor gut health, and maybe not even then (how likely is it the bacteria survives to make it to the gut?). But they have a pleasant flavor and texture and are vegan. And I haven’t had any side effects. So it’s a harmless thing to try if you are experimenting with health issues.

Have been using these probiotic gummies for about a week and have already noticed a difference in my gut health! Although Iâm usually not a big fan of gummies & prefer to take a pill, these are delicious and seem like a little treat in the morning. Very happy with them overall, and am going to start my 3 year old on the kids version!
