I decided to try this product after doing some research and I went with this brand since it is pretty widely trusted. I noticed a difference in my focus pretty quickly but remained skeptical fearing it could be the placebo effect. I take the recommended amount before leaving for work each day (7AM) and it seemed to help carry me through to about 2PM. On a particularly tough day, I take another dropper around 12/1 PM to help me sustain focus and attention until 4:30/5PM. Flavor is earthy and mildly sweet. The texture is a tiny bit challenging for me so I chase it with the last sip of my coffeeð After going through one full bottle I waited 3 weeks to purchase again to see if I could truly say it made a difference and for me, there is a noticeable change. Purchased a 2nd bottle and will now recommend it to friends and family.

I was worried by some of the comments about poor texture & expiration dates. My bottle arrived in excellent condition and an expectation date for the year 2026! I’ve only taken my first dose today, so I can’t speak to the effects, but the flavor is not bad at all. I prefer to drop liquid supplements sublingually (directly under my tongue) where I hold it for a minute or two before swallowing and then taking a drink of water. The flavor to me was as someone else described, kind of caramel-like.I am going to take 1/2 a dropper each morning for the first week, then I will move up to one full dropper per day. In my opinion, this stuff is way too expensive to take up to three full droppers per day as the bottle recommended for maximum dosage.

Excellent added to coffee for an extra boost
I swear this mushroom complex makes me more energetic with a boosted mood. It doesnât have much of a taste but I add it to my coffee since I drink coffee every day and would otherwise forget. Excellent and great for the immune system and seems to help focus; I donât feel as present or focused on days I forget to add it!

Sweet mushroom taste’s a no-go; company is very responsive
I tried this on the recommendation of a friend who swore it helped with her chronic dizziness (maybe hers was from some B vitamin deficiency that this complex supplies; I don’t know)–what I do know is, the drops did nothing to help mine. I also wish the manufacturer had used something other than nasty-sweet glycerin as a base for these drops. I found the taste of that cloying sweet combined with the more savory taste of mushrooms to be absolutely disgusting. Will not repurchase.UPDATED: All of the above that I wrote is still how I feel about the taste and my experience, but I wanted to add a compliment for the company, who saw this review and contacted me right away. (No pressure to remove the review.) It’s rare these days that a company bothers to do this, so that really impresses me!
