I caught athletes foot in my early teens. Amazingly, for many years it’s been only on one foot and not the other. I tried Clotrimazole, Super Balm, Sea Salt, Tea Tree Oil… nothing worked, at all. I basically gave up.This year as the weather getting warmer, I noticed a few changes which prompted me to again search for a solution: my ‘good’ foot started to have a few tiny flaky spots, for the first time; on my ‘bad’ foot the itching rash is no longer contained to the bottom but instead expanding to the top and became more visible; my pinky toenail on the affected foot was suddenly compromised.I was skeptical, but after the 1st use the itchy feeling was instantly gone. After 1 week the top and sides of the affected foot were cleared, as well as all the toe areas. After 3 weeks, most spots at the bottom are cured. Follow some previous reviews, I spray the half bottle left to my shoes. It keeps the shoes dry and my feet feel clean all day long.Highly recommend. I just bought the powders with which I hope to be able to maintain the results. I am adjusting to the new normal of not feeling embarrassed of my one foot when I wear sandals and not subconsciously trying to hide it.
