Amazing stuff, very creative and admirable company,, just doesn’t work for my electrolyte needs.
As a supplement for POTS, these were way too expensive. As a supplement for athletes or those on keto, these work great. I especially love the easy tear function so much with my wonky hands that I keep asking the brand that does work for POTS to start using this style packaging. Taste is quite sweet, like very sweet, however LMNT is awesome about posting recipes on their Instagram too, I loved their hot chocolate recipes and packets for winter electrolytes and watermelon for summer drinks. I’ve also made chocolate dipped strawberries with the chili one (those were AMAZING!!). Very versatile, very creative company, and they’re always doing giveaways for different groups of people you can nominate like your favourite nurse, teacher, first responder, and one recently for first responders in the LA fires. Very admirable company with amazing products, just didn’t work for my medical needs though I definitely still keep some handy for treats and hot chocolate.

My husband is an advanced pickle ball player and sweats a lot during games. This electrolyte mix gives him sustainability during and especially after playing to avoid electrolyte loss symptoms. I also use it during the hot summer when I am doing hard outdoor work in the sun as it helps replenish my electrolytes and the taste is fantastic. The biggest plus is that itâs packaged in individual servings which you can throw in your gym bag and use as needed. Very convenient. It is pricey, but all of the electrolyte mixes seem to be very expensive.

Hiked 8 days through the mountains and let me tell you….I am certainly glad I had these on the days that were scorching hot and fresh water was hard to find (and filter). The flavours are pretty good but I only used about half a package as recommended. I found them quite salty but that’s probably because I’m not accustomed to taking electrolytes. I recommend and would definitely buy again!
