HEALTHY SKIN, HAIR & NAIL SUPPORT: Live Conscious Beyond Collagen Powder offers 5 different types of collagen, plus biotin and vitamin C, in a convenient collagen supplement for women and men. By approaching healthy skin, hair, and nail support from 5 angles, you can promote your body’s collagen levels, help you more efficiently use the collagen you have, and support the body’s natural collagen production.*
5 TYPES IN ONE: Beyond Collagen capsules feature 5 types of collagen hydrolysate (I, II, III, V, & X) in order to provide maximum benefits. These collagen types can help reduce occasional joint discomfort as well as provide benefits to your appearance. Plus, when joints feel more flexible, it’s easier to maintain an active lifestyle.*
AGE GRACEFULLY: Collagen can help add a more youthful look to your appearance by helping reduce the appearance of aging and providing support to overall well-being.*
PREMIUM INGREDIENTS: For best results, we use only high-quality ingredients, including grass-fed bovine, chicken, and eggshell sources, to create a collagen supplement formula that offers 5 important types of collagen.
WITH BIOTIN AND VITAMIN C: Biotin, also called vitamin H, (for hair) is an important part of maintaining the infrastructure of the body’s keratin, the protein that comprises hair and nails. Vitamin C is an important part of the body’s ability to support tissues. Including these two powerful ingredients in Collagen Capsules helps bolster your overall benefits.*

Great product!
Awesome product. You can see a difference in your skin when used consistently. Does not have a bad taste at all. You can put it in water , cofee or any drink.

Tasteless, mixes easily
I actually got this to help with hair and nail growth but it also has helped with minor joint aches. Most mornings I stir a scoop into my 2nd cup of coffee – black with sugar. I can’t taste the difference between the first and second cup. It stirs in easily. If I get the occasional lump – from dumping too fast – it’s not a problem to break up and stir.Beyond the healthier hair, nails and joints, I’ve noticed an improvement in skin – better color and elasticity, decrease in wrinkles, most noticeable on face, neck, hands and forearms. I’ve noticed zero digestive reaction.I’ve been taking for about 45 days or so and look forward to this as part of my daily supplement regiment for future.

LOVEEEE
originally bought because I noticed my friends skin was absolutely glowing all the sudden. ever since, I’ve been putting this in my coffee every morning. its been a year of doing this routine & I swear by it. my skin is fuller, more healthy looking. it has help reduce my smile lines & wrinkles. my nails are stronger. I’ve noticed a huge difference all around.I’m mainly vegetarian so this is a perfect way to get college in my diet. also really like the way it tastes in my coffee 🙂

You need a scale…and possibly some lysine.
Edit at 1 month: let me get the results portion of this update out of the way and just say that it’s no miracle worker, but my skin is looking better. I can’t 100% attribute it to supplementing with this collagen powder, because I do use a good moisturizer and encapsulated retinol serum (if you’re here for skin concerns, there’s an affordable “resurfacing retinol serum” – use those exact words in your search – that DOES work miracles and comes highly recommended). That said, despite all of the dry air from weather changes and furnace use at home and at work, my skin is not drying out and I do have fewer fine lines. Again, could be the collagen or could be my beauty routine (also, “snail mucin repairing moisturizer” by a Korean company).I also have not had a single cold sore. *knock HEAVY wood!* (I’m not superstitious, but when it comes to cold sores, I’m not taking any chances.) I have been supplementing with lysine the entire time, and have never taken a single dose of this collagen powder without the lysine (I open two 500mg capsules and dump them in with the collagen).I do have to mention that what has been more noticeable than any effects to my skin has been the effect on my joints. I’m 41, and due to my build (I’m…top heavy with a much smaller waist and hips), I get frequent back pain, and that seems to have improved. I can’t definitively say it’s the collagen, because it could be due to some other lifestyle factors (I recently lost the 15lbs I gained due to peri-menopause after I began hormone replacement). So, thus far, I think it’s worth the investment; however, because of the Black Friday sales, I’m using a different brand this month. Hopefully, I won’t come to regret it, because I’ve tried this particular brand and I like the results. If the brand I’m using this month nets any adverse effects, I’ll be back to update again and buy more of this brand.Original review: I don’t know WHY I didn’t consider the need for a measuring method prior to buying this, but I didn’t. Luckily, I have a kitchen scale, but unfortunately, I’m not going to be able to be as precise as “10.4 grams”, and I feel like the company knows that and it’s a sneaky way to ensure they’re never held at fault (if something bad happens, they’ll just say you took too much and/or your scale was faulty) or if you get no benefit, they’ll say you didn’t take enough, because you only took 10 grams. I don’t like that at all, and it gives me concern that they would set such a random serving size, considering medication dosages vary by weight and body surface area.Anyway, I won’t know how this product affects me for a while, because I just started using it today, but I have one gigantic concern I want to share here, because I didn’t research it enough before buying, and then I saw the arginine content. That concern is: COLD SORES! If you didn’t know this before, let me shed some light on why that’s a concern.Collagen is a protein, and like all proteins, it is made up of amino acids. One of those amino acids is arginine. I won’t say this amino CAUSES cold sores, because the medical field has such a difficult time just coming right out about it, but it IS a risk. The wise thing to do is to balance your arginine intake with another amino: lysine. Lysine is also found in collagen, but not in the ratio you need to balance out the arginine. If you have a history of cold sores or herpes simplex of any kind, I STRONGLY suggest you supplement lysine if you’re going to try collagen powder. As for me, I’m not only pouring two 500mg lysine capsules (I’m not taking any chances) in with my collagen serving, but I’m also using a lip balm that contains docosanol, lysine, and lemon balm until I know how this will affect me. Hopefully, Amazon will do the right thing and leave my review alone in the interest of customer transparency. I’m trying to be HEALTHIER – not sick with cold sores – as I imagine any potential buyer of this product would be.Back to this particular product, I will say that I cannot taste it in my coffee. It might be more detectable in other drinks, but coffee definitely forgives all flavor sins. I’m also not sure how well it will mix with something cold, because colder fluids are likely to make it difficult to dissolve, and it might be…chunky. So, I definitely suggest a warm or hot drink for delivery. This particular collagen product has all the types of collagen you’d be looking to supplement for skin, hair, nails, and joints (I, II and III), and none of the ones that could potentially lower the concentrations of the “good” ones.Time will tell! I’ll be back to either rave about how fantastic my skin is looking or advise others go in search of another product. Hopefully, it’s the former. I know I’m not out here buying products just to talk smack about them. lol

Mixes well and tasteless!
I was using the other Live Conscious and then I heard Oprah uses this one which has more collagen. Truly tasteless and the seller gets it out pretty quick!

Stay tuned
Just started taking March 6th so I have only been using it for 4 days but stay tuned for updates, however I am impressed that is dissolved so quickly and completely but more importantly it is tasteless which is a remarkable since itâs in powder form. ð

Magic collagen
This stuff is the bomb! I used it for about 9 months, my hair grew almost 6 inches. Then I decided to try something else cheaperâ¦..fail. After two weeks I could tell a difference in my skin and hair so I ordered this one again and can already see the difference.
