These taste like real gummy bears. Not necessarily like every brand of gummy bear, but they are sweet and delicious and the soluble fiber has helped with my diet to lose weight. Of course, this alone cannot achieve my weight goal, but it is a nice treat along the way. My kids also eat them when they need a little bulk in their ânumber 2.â

These are the main brand I by my kid, the fiber gummies and vitamins. He likes them and has never given me a problem with these at all for years. These are his favorite over other ones I tried so I buy these only.I get a good deal and 5% off buying on Amazon. The doctor said he needs fiber, and recommend gummy fiber. So these work great. These were never shipped damaged or smelled bad. Only ever had a single issue with the Post Office putting the package in the wrong mailbox. Noticeable Difference
I use these along with my kids and there is a noticeable difference when used. My child was having issues in the bathroom. They didn’t have a problem going, but it was very soft and smelled awful. These have helped firm it up and have taken away most of the awful smell. Their stomach is much more settled after using these nightly for several months. I noticed a difference after a week or so of using them, perhaps even within a week.
