Strong Anxiety Relief
I have taken Theanine since 2016. I had my neurotransmitters tested via a holistic Doctor. So I began taking Theanine, Taurine and Tyrosine. Theanine worked okay, nothing special and I used the most expensive brand on the market. Now enter this new formula by Life Extension. Very very strong. Have zero anxiety now. You can break apart to take half if need be. These are the real deal and so cheap. Total game changer for anxiety!!!

Caffeine sensitive
Those that are sensitive to caffeine like myself should be mindful when taking. I didnât really understand what it was, but extracts from green tea and black tea are in this product, both contain caffeine. My heart felt like it was coming out of my chest. I only took it one time this morning. I never write reviews, but I absolutely love these products. Which is why I gave it a higher rating. But if you have a sensitivity to caffeine do not purchase this particular supplement. It says that it helps with insomnia, but I canât see how. Every other product is a five star product I just have a sensitivity to caffeine and felt to share.
