I knew I needed to drink more water, who doesnât? Let me tell you how ~easy~ it is to stay hydrated when your water tastes like a juicy, refreshing treat. My muscles feel better, my skin looks better. Itâs so simple to hydrate before my morning coffee when Iâm actually looking forward to my Lido. I love that they use Pink Himalayan salt and top notch ingredients. As far as favorite flavors, itâs a close race but I think watermelon is still my one true love.

This electrolyte powder is the best there is on the market! They use quality ingredients and donât pack it full of sugar. The flavors are great especially if youâre not too into super fruity drinks. The lemonade is nice and mild but still tastes refreshing. The watermelon is probably my favorite when I feel like having a hydrating mocktail. Itâs great to help you power through a workout or just start your day on the right foot. Iâm on my third bag and will continue to buy these for their effectiveness, taste, and quality.
