If I could give this product more than 5 stars I would. By far my favorite vaginal probiotic and it is one that ACTUALLY makes a difference. Theyâre so delicious so remembering to take them is easy. You will quickly notice a difference in smell. My all time favorite probiotic

Does what it’s supposed to, but with some side effects
Let me start off with saying that what I originally bought them for is what they did. I wasn’t able to smell anything yucky down there. They tasted much better than normal pills, and the texture was pretty good. I bought these 4 times and one of the times they ended up looking and tasting different than the rest, like it was a bad batch, but I didn’t notice any difference in usage that time, so it was ok. The side effects were that I got more lightheaded and dizzy much easier. I originally thought that it was just me and something that I haven’t noticed before. But I went a week without taking any and I didn’t have a single day of dizziness or standing up and almost passing out. Then I took them for 3 more days and within a few hours of taking them I started getting dizzy and lightheaded again. So to sum it all up, they definitely tone down the smell, but I had some pretty bad side effects as well. So probably try them out at first, then track to see if anything happens.

okay first of all i always see tiktoks ab these and i never believe anyone okay like i donât fall for the must haves videos. My bf bought me a 7 day pack from ulta and GIRL. When i say i was literally soaking through my thong and leggings im not joking. These are literally a holy grail they cleanse your poochina so good and like honestly i canât recommend them enough. Theyâre not that tasty tbh they taste like pineapple flavored melatonin gummies but still girl like get them stop hesistating.

Was a bit skeptical after finding out who owns the lemme company but heard really good reviews and was desperate to find something to help with balancing ph and to stop reacurring thrush. Iâm already so impressed. The feeling that Iâm going to get thrush everytime I put on a pair of underwear has completely dissapeared and I feel so fresh like Iâve just taken a shower, not to mention how much better it smells down there. Absolutely blown away. Cannot recommend this enough! Will be buying this product over and over again!

I used to suffer with chronic yeast infections and UTIs and haven’t had one in 3 years. As soon as I started taking these literally 2 days later I have both a uti and thrush with a rare strain of candida! Please avoid I am so disappointed that I have had such a set back from simply switching to a different probiotic.
