I started taking these (almost) daily a few months back to help my nails grow. I certainly feel as if my nails have been growing faster, but Iâve also noticed my hair has been growing quicker too! They taste great and have the vitamin content I was looking for.

Strongest my nails have ever been
I selected this item in a FabFitFun box but had very low expectations. As a cancer patient who just completed chemo, I wanted anything that could help my hair, skin and nails. While Iâm sure this has subtly helped my skin and hair, this has absolutely and visibly helped strengthen my nails. They are typically flimsy and bend when pressed and in my 37 years of life, I have never been able to grow them long until now. They are the longest and strongest theyâve ever been in just 30 days of use. I take them every night at 8:00 pm (with the rest of my meds) and view them as my nightly treat because (bonus!) the flavor is also phenomenal. I ordered a second bottle and will continue to take these daily!

Subtle differences after 1 Month
For full results it says to take this product for at least three months. I am currently at the beginning of my second month and have noticed some subtle improvements.The overall health of skin looks and feels better. Same goes for me hair and nails. My nails in particular is where I’ve seen the greatest improvement. They started growing just a little bit faster.I personally am not a fan of the taste, it tastes like artificial peach. It’s not horrible and it has no after taste so it doesn’t deter me from wanting to take them everyday.The only other issue I have is that once opened even with the lid on the gummy vitamins dry out very quickly, by the end of the month they have a rough exterior.

Iâve never experienced this much hair loss until 3 weeks after consistently taking these vitamins
The gummies to are all stuck together as one and theyâre not solid. When you chew a gummy itâs very soft and sticky into the teeth. Iâve taken them consistently for 3 weeks and on my 3rd week Iâve experienced a lot of hair shedding/loss. Just brushing my hand through my hair it would cause my hair to fall out at any time or point. I canât wear my hair down without my hair shedding over my clothes. Washing my hair I lose even more and thatâs after I already brushed my hair. I only wanted to grow my hair longer and improve its health. Iâve been using the same hair products for over 6 months.

Stuck in the jar
Havenât noticed any benefits yet but they do taste good. They get stuck in a ball and are hard to get out of the jar. I wish they didnât stick together so much! They do not stick in your teeth though, which is great. They smell and taste like a treat.
