As someone who HATES flying, this actually worked! Kept me calm for pretty much the entire flight. I put on my headphones and relaxed. Which is something I never do cause I’m usually a nervous wreck. If you get anxious while flying this is a must have

I will update when I actually get to fly. My trip isn’t until March but, I can tell you they absolutely work. I was recently given a very though medical diagnosis. I was a complete mess. I put the patch on not really expecting it to help much… I was wrong. It helped beyond measure. I was able to stop crying and start getting it together. If it can stop me bawling my eyes out over basically a terminal diagnosis. It will help you get on that flight to Florida. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Used on international trip to London, and patches did absolutely nothing. No relaxing aroma, no relaxation, no nothing. It left sticky on my skin that was hard to remove. You are better off saving your money and skipping this. I really wanted to like this and use for my frequent travels, but it is a no go!

I used these for traveling and for while on an airplane. It was okay but the pack itself smelled of vinegar and I found it off putting. They didn’t last long and would fall off if you moved around our sweat even a little. Kinda disappointed.
