La Tourangelle Avocado Oil is handcrafted from premium avocados. Avocado oil is processed on equipment very similar to those used to process extra virgin olive oil. The avocado pulp is first expeller-pressed usually using a centrifuge. It is then lightly filtered and “polished” using another centrifuge. It takes from 15–20 avocados to make 1 (one) 250 ml/8 ounce tin. The result is a beautiful, emerald green oil with high level of monounsaturated fats that will bring a delicious, light fruity flavor to your dishes. La Tourangelle Avocado Oil, like La Tourangelle Olive and Hazelnut oil, contains oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat that may help to lower cholesterol.     Best Sesame Oil On The Market!

    Great on vegetables
    Great product at a great price. I roast a lot of vegetables in the oven. Have started using this in place of olive oil since avacado oil has a higher smoke point. Very mild flavor.

    This is a great tasting toasted sesame oil. We like the robust toasted flavor. Works well in all our asian recipes. Health benefits of sesame oil are as good as olive oil, and love the flavor, so we go through it pretty fast. Easy to use container.

    Great tasting, affordable sesame oil NOT from China!
    I do a lot of Asian cooking and love to use sesame oil wherever possible. Unfortunately, it’s not the most affordable oil and the ones that are cheap are made in China, where there is no real quality control for food.But this brand, or at least my batch, came from Taiwan where I know there is quality control. And it tastes great!The only minor complaint is that the opening dribbles a little bit after pouring, but I think it’s because I opened it too hard initially.

    Ufff. didn’t check the ml of the oil and ordered assuming I am purchasing 5 liters. OH lord… my heart sank when I received the package. It is delicious. Since it is 750 ML, rationing it for smelling purposes only.
