This is a great product. Melatonin has not worked for me, but this has. Affordable, effective and no groggy feelings.

soooo helpful and non drowsy
I have had a lot of stressful things in my life. For 7 years I took care of an invalid husband. Getting good sleep is so important when you are being depended on. Helps me fall asleep but I can still respond , when called upon in the night , to the needs of the person so dear to me. When I return to bed I can return back to sleep. Not everyone is the same but it still works great for me.

It works .
Rarely does this product not work for me . In fact I usually take 3/4 of a tab , I found that I am a little less groggy in the morning . If I want to be sure and zonk out I’ll take a whole tablet . Will sleep clear through the night . It’s a good buy also .

The only thing that works for me!
I have always had trouble falling asleep.. Even as a small child I remember tossing and turning and that continued throughout my life and into adult hood. It actually got worse as I became an adult. I’ve tried everything from dollar store sleep meds to prescription sleep meds to marijuana to ANYTHING that I thought would make me sleepy/sleep. I was skeptical of these because they say “one dose pills” so you only are supposed to take one. Before I got these I was having to take 3-4 regular sleep aid pills to even feel slightly drowsy. And that’s all they ever did was make me drowsy feeling and that feeling continued throughout the following day. These are completely different. When I first got them I took two because I didn’t feel one would be enough since the others I had tried I always had to take multiple doses. I had a great sleep but I was TOO asleep. I didn’t move at all throughout the night and woke up stiff as a board! So I tried one like it says and it doesn’t make you feel drowsy or like you’re going to pass out so I assumed it wasn’t working. But as soon as I would lay my head down I would fall asleep like a normal human being! It’s amazing! I take one every night now about 30 minutes before bed and it helps me sleep. I’ve gotten the best sleep in my entire life the past month or so of having these. My husband even has to half the pills and only takes a half of regular dose. We both like these the best. The other day we stayed at my in laws and I didn’t have my medicine so I used some TylenolPM and took 4 and still couldn’t fall asleep so I know now for sure that these are the remedy for me! I’ve read some reviews of it not working for some people and I honestly think it’s because they expect it to literally knock them out like a prescription sleep aid, but it’s not made to do that. Let your body do what it needs to do! Lay your pretty head down on your pillow and sleep naturally an let the medicine do its job! Give it a try! It’s affordable!

Works really well
Just received my order of Kirkland Signature Sleep Aid Doxylamine Succinate 25 Mg, 2 pack (192 Tablets). The directions say to take one table about 30 minutes before you plan to go to sleep. I have been using this product, with this ingredient, for some timeâ¦and it works really well for me. I usually read before I go to sleep, and I find after I take the 25mg I start getting sleepy about half an hour later. So for me, it works well.The only odd thing about this pack is that the two bottles had been taken out of the Kirkland packaging and re wrapped in two separate bags..then shipped to me. Odd.I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend.

Indispensable Nightime Sleep Aid
I have been taking Kirkland Signature Sleep Aid for many years and still find it to be the most effective over-the-counter product for a restful night’s sleep. I do not wake up feeling groggy, but instead refreshed from a good solid night of sleep. A great product for a very good price. I always by the 2-pack when available for an even better bargain.

If you have trouble falling asleep like me, and also hate any sleeping medications containing diphenhydramine….THIS is the best sleeping aid on the market in my opinion. It doesnt make you feel that âweirdâ feeling when taking diphenhydramine. If youâve ever taken a sleep aid with that ingredient or taken Benadryl then you know what i mean. This doesnât make you feel that way. It makes you feel genuinely sleepy. Not weird or groggy. I wake up feeling very rested, and these keep my asleep all night without any insomnia. Honestly, these have been a lifesaver for me. I have tried prescription meds such as Ambien. Iâve tried going the more natural route with melatonin. Nope. None of those compare to these. When I found that you could get 2 bottles of 96 in each I was thrilled. At my local walmart, they have their brand of these which are exactly the same thing. But you only get 32 in a bottle for around $5. Unisom makes the same thing with 32 in a bottle and of course they area much higher price. I donât live near a Costco, Sams Club, etc to be able to have access to something like this. Im so happy Amazon carries these, and the price is SO much cheaper for a box of 192 tablets. They last a very long time, so I rarely have to repurchase these. But I had to leave a review with my experience with these, There is no difference whatsoever between these and the more expensive brands that have the same ingredient and are the same milligram.
