Totally false advertising. The video is a fake. This product does not neutralize golden tones. My hair is 98% natural white/gray and very little gold. IT DID NOT WORK!

This product doesn’t do exactly what it says it will, it did turn my roots to the color I expected but it didn’t cancel out the yellow like it said it would. I love the smell and the softness of my hair afterwards but I’m a bit disappointed with the look.
