Iâm so disappointed in the taste of this product. I bought the lemon lime. It tastes like ocean water.Iâve had to dilute 1 packet with 64oz of water just to get it down. I hate the idea of wasting it because itâs expensive, so the next 30 days will be torture trying to drink it!

Amazing Taste and Great Results!
I workout about 4-5 times a week and was using different electrolytes like LMNT. I could never get a whole packet down. These are still salty in taste but much more refreshing because of their thoughtful ingredients. So far I love the watermelon flavor, it tastes amazing. I am noticing I am much more hydrated when drinking one of these after a workout with much less muscle cramps. Will be using Instant Hydration as my go to electrolyte from now on.

Absolutely love this stuff. I went with the orange, which has a really good taste. I always have a hard time finding clean ingredients in products like this, but thereâs no BS here and I actually know what the ingredients are.Besides that, it works. Iâm a very active guy so staying hydrated is my worst enemy. The packets make it really easy to throw into my water bottle for the day and get the electrolytes I need. I do notice my focus and energy levels get better after I use it.Iâve tried all the other popular hydration products and they either donât work, have way too much sugar, or the ingredients look like they came out of my old chemistry textbook.Overall all 10/10 satisfied with this product. Absolutely love results Iâve seen since taking this daily. Skin improvement and better sleep. Lemon lime is best tasting to me but mix can easily be mixed with other fluids to improve flavor. This is a great product and I highly recommend it.

This Stuff Tastes Terrible!!
I read many reviews on Instant Hydration prior to spending $55 for 30 packets. I was so very disappointed.This power tastes terrible! I purchased the citrus orange flavor and all I tasted was the saltâ¦very little orange flavor. UGHâ¦now Iâm out $55. Save yourself the disappointment.

Instant Hydration Changes the Game
It has been roughly a month since I introduced Instant Hydration into my routine, and I can say, it has helped a lot. I feel more energized, been having better work outs, and feel overall more alert. IH has become an integral part of my daily routine. I go to the gym 5-6 times a week at 5AM and it can be hard to get “going”, but since I introduced IH, the game has changed. Also, IH tastes so much better than those other electrolyte drinks on the market. I have tried them all, and IH has the best variety, it doesn’t taste fake, and doesn’t leave any unwanted aftertaste. I have been encouraging all my friends to give it a try!
