Nice electrolyte, not very chemicaly
My gripe with most electrolytes is that either they taste artificial or they contain too much sugar for my liking. This comes good on both fronts. There is no sugar, but even with that, they don’t taste artificial or chemically. The flavor is nice and even though I like citrus like oranges or lemons more but the pineapple pear was surprisingly refreshing.Price wise, this comes to about $1 per sachet which is about the average price of electrolyte drinks.

Surprisingly good flavor, impressive nutritional/vitamin values
Although I typically prefer something a little more citrus flavored, I found the flavor of these powder pouches to be surprisingly good – in fact, one of my favorites, from a flavor standpoint. I consume electrolyte products pretty much daily because I exercise (hike/walk) daily – sometimes multiple times daily – and I sweat like you wouldn’t believe (no matter the temp!). The instructions say to mix with 10-16 ounces of water. I first tried 10oz and it was way too strong (and too sweet) for my preference. I upped it to 16oz and it was better but actually still a bit stronger than I would prefer so I upped it to about 22 ounces and it was the right strength of flavor for my personal preference. Having said this, I typically prefer these type of products/drinks with a weaker flavor than perhaps many people, so this was not surprising to me… and I also recognize that flavor and strength of flavor is truly based on personal preference so I am sharing this from my own personal experience. I appreciate the vitamin values and especially appreciate that it is fairly low in sodium for an electrolyte product (13% of RDA per packet). You get 16 packets in a resealable bag making it easy to store (and the individual packets are great for travel or to put in your backpack or whatever). The price, at less than $1 per packet, makes it a good value. Overall… pretty much a winner on all counts!

Keto friendly. Convenient individual stick packs.
There are times when I get busy and just don’t hydrate well enough. I then pay the price later in the day. I find a good fix is to mix up an electrolyte charged glass of water. Ideally I wouldn’t need to do so often but we all know we have days when time just flies by and we forget about self care.I like these individual stick packs because I can always toss one or two in my purse, backpack or travel bag without it taking up too much room.I’m usually not a huge fan of artificial sweeteners but do need to watch my sugar intake.I do find these to still be a bit sweet for my taste so I dilute them with a bit more water than directed.I wish the pear taste were a bit more prominent as I can really only taste the sweet pineapple but again, some extra water in there helps break down some of the sweetness.

Pleasantly surprised how good the pineapple flavor packs actually tasted, very fresh, minimal sweetness and best part mixes will in water without being lumpy.
