Drink for a great night’s sleep
I heard great things about this tea and it lives up to the hype. I make a cup about 30 minutes before bed, and by the time my head hits the pillow my eyes are nice and heavy and I’m asleep within minutes. Before I started drinking this tea, my mind would be racing for hours at bedtime. I tried various melatonin products and other brands of bed time tea, but nothing compares to how effective this tea is.The tea I ordered is “Sleep Tight” (as pictured and described by Amazon), but the product delivered says “Bed Time” (see review picture). I was originally alarmed by the discrepancy, but the ingredients list is identical. The tea does a great job, so “Sleep Tight”/”Bed Time”, tomato/potato.

This tea helps me get over colds, increases circulation and improves my health in general. Steep with a few grapes for a naturally sweet flavour. Add a touch of cloves and hot pepper if you have a bad cold.

So upset. $20 for tea that WASN’T WHAT I ORDERED. It changed my sleep tight tea to detox tea when I selected the quantity- but the picture is nearly the same so I didnât catch it changed the product to a completely separate product. This shouldnât be allowed itâs deceptive selling practices.

Love this tea! Light flavor so it’s perfect for evening. Obviously I can’t speak for everyone regarding if it helps with attaining sleep status but I don’t think it hurts! I will buy again.
