Helps for calming and sleep
Great product from Hyland’s, been using it for over 15 years off and on as needed. It’s been helpful for relaxing during times of stress, and also giving a chill out to help go to sleep sometimes. I really like that it’s natural and I’ve had no adverse side effects.

IT WORKS
Reviewers across the interwebs say this product is nothing but a placebo. That is extremely irresponsible commentary: this product CAN and DOES have an effect, so be aware. 1-3 tablets had about the same effect on me. It made me feel very calm and it did help me sleep rather than lie awake with insomnia, a racing mind. Please be aware that the drowsiness can persist throughout the folowing morning and you should be careful driving. It could be a great homeopathic product to try instead of anxiety medication (ask your doctor!) Also, I’ve taken it for three nights in a row and I feel like it may be giving me a mild headache. Even so, I plan to use this product next time I am lying awake with insomnia OR next time I’m on a plane battling anxiety and claustrophobia.

Works pretty well
I got this to help with the sleep problems that seem to crop up “at a certain age.” I have to say that alone, they haven’t completely solved the problem, but paired with my usual sleep remedy they at least help me to sleep through the night. I do have to take the maximum dosage – three tablets – to get the best results.

I use this med occasionally when I struggle with sleep caused due to stress. It does calm you down and eventually put you to sleep. Itâs not habit forming. I have used this for over 10 yrs. I use this only when I struggle may be once a month or even once in 3 months. Good med to have at home. Good for women going through menopause, anxiety and sleep issues.

Anxious over whatâs going on in the world? These calms forte will help with that. Homeopathic do not conflict with synthetic medicines and are easy to take, over-the-counter, and only helps. For those who are not very anxious it works as a relaxer before you go to sleep.

I really like this product
I have trouble sleeping but hesitate taking sleep aids. Melatonin sometimes has a reverse effect and makes me agitated the next day.Diphenhydramine, even when taking just one, works but stays in my system the next day and I donât feel like I got the right kind of rest.Xanax is great although it is a limited prescription and my body builds a tolerance quickly.However, product has so far worked really well with no lingering effects the next day. I even had to wake up a few hours later after taking it to respond to a wildland fire incident and was able to get up immediately and perform at full function and alertness.I recommend this product.
