Minty and no pain or sensitivity from the paste.
Listed as Enamel protecting toothpaste. This has a pleasant minty taste. I sometimes have tooth sensitivity but I had no issue with sensitivity using this. I should note this has no fluoride either. I’m not anti-flouride so i’m just mentioning that. The packaging states white tooth but I did not take that to mean whitening and i did not detect any whitening but i’m a heavy coffee drinker so it would take likely take tons of tubes of any whitening toothpaste anyways.
