I drink my coffee with collagen every morning and it seems every time I try to order some the price has gone up. I decided to try out this brand since the cost/serving ratio was better than others and I have no complaints! It dissolves easy and I havenât noticed a difference in my skin and hair since changing over so that means itâs working just as good!

It really does work for hair and skin
We used this for years and then stopped, thinking it wasn’t doing anything. Well, that was a bad move.Eventually, my wife and I admitted to each other that we weren’t happy with the way our hair and skin felt and looked, and we wondered if it was the lack of collagen. We started using it again and the difference in our hair and skin was apparent after 30 days or so. A couple of scoops in our coffee every morning and we’re set.About a month we started taking it again, I saw my sylist for a haircut, who asked if I was doing anything different to my hair. I told her and she said that it was obvious to her that I had changed something becuase my hair was thicker, shinier. Well, that was good enough for my wife and me. We’re not stopping this time.

Doesn’t mix easily
I’ve only been using it for a few days so I can’t say how it works, collagen wise… I’m giving 4 stars because this is the only one I’ve ever used that doesn’t easily dissolve. It almost starts to get gelatinous when it hits the coffee. It’s difficult to mix in. No taste though.

Not as good as known brands
Compared to Orgain or more recognizable brands, this does not dissolve easily. Clumpy, sticks to the spoonâ-you really have to spread it and slowly mix it in. There is no taste. If you are adding to cold beverages you will be disappointed in its solubility. Makes me question the viability of the other reviews here which makes me question the product entirely.

I must say that I am impressed with the results of this collagen. However, the taste is awful. If I mix it with a soup or a coffee, I don’t notice it but if I mix it with water, I feel sick. I simply mixid with something flavored.Otherwise, perfect.

Whoever says there is no taste or smell is telling porkies! Itâs not a pleasant taste and I canât put my finger on it. And when dissolving in hot water on its own it smells bad! Having said this, after spending £32 I have persevered in finding the best way to consume this, and the best way not too!1)Fruit herbal tea – No! It was vile and I do not know how I kept it down.2.) Choc protein shake – No! Clumpy – not nice at all.3) In yogurt with choc protein powder and a bit of Sweet Freedom Choc Pot run through it, & a blueberry rice cake crumbled in – ok if you hoover it.4) Strongest builders brew tea you can stomach, no sugar/sweetener, and milk as normal – best way found so far.I have concluded that strong, overpowering bitter flavours mask this the best – black coffee would probably be the best option but I canât drink coffee so thatâs up to you guys to work out.The next issue is getting over the ick from watching it dissolve, smelling it dissolve if mixing it in hot water on its own, and thinking about its origin.Once these barriers are overcome I can only hope the benefits are worth it. I have a kg to get through so canât say if I will buy again at the moment. Definitely not for everyone and would advise people to consider vegan options if they cannot get past the fact itâs a bovine product. Good luck!
