This has a great berry flavor, easy to mix in water. Doesnât leave a dry powdery taste in your drink. Had plenty of sodium to help replenish after a work out. Easy for on the go too!

I’ve tried both the Glacier Ice and Mixed Berry flavors of this. Verdict:- Glacier Ice tastes great, but takes too much to actually really taste it. 5-8 squirts in a 16.9oz bottle of water.- Mixed Berry is cloying and overly sweet, even with only 1-2 squirts in the same size bottle. Weird aftertaste. Not a fan.Overall, though, I really like this stuff. Love that even the berry is clear–no artificial coloring. Also love the hydrating factor; after chugging down a bottle of water laced with this I actually feel like my thirst is quenched full-body vs. my mouth just being less dry. I think as long as I stick to the Glacier Ice, I’ll be happy with this for a good long while.
