No fake sugar, just lime taste and rehydration!
I’ve been struggling to stay hydrated, not for lack of trying. I’ve had Liquid IV recommended to me a thousand times, but I cannot stand the taste of anything other than real sugar. I’m extremely sensitive to it.So when I went looking for a stevia-free alternative and chanced upon Hydrant, I had to laugh. I didn’t need to squint through ingredients to see if it had stevia or sucralose. It says right on the package, NO STEVIA. Of course, I checked the ingredients anyway, and then refused to believe it wasn’t too good to be true until I actually got these in the mail.I’ve now ordered a heinous amount of several flavors. It’s good stuff, period. Hydrant is running promos at the Bullseye Box Store for cheaper than elsewhere, sometimes, but I’ve gotten lucky and found the 30 count for under $20 occasionally on Amazon.So far I’ve tried the lime, Raspberry Lemonade Energy, and grapefruit. The raspberry lemonade is by far my favorite, but because it does have caffeine, I tend to drink it when I wake up and switch to lime later in the day. The caffeine comes from green tea and while I didn’t think it made a difference, it does keep me up if I drink it after 9 pm. So it has a punch, even if it doesn’t give the same jolt that coffee does.The lime is my go-to when I don’t need energy or want to conserve the more-costly raspberry lemonade. One stick in the pack I got was hardened and had to be tossed, but so far the rest have been okay. It tastes like lime and dissolves great in a bottle of water. The taste is sour and strong and from what I can tell, it does the trick for hydration.I’ve also tried the grapefruit and it tastes like grapefruit.All three have been strong flavors. Weirdly, the grapefruit 30-pack I got through Amazon arrived with the shipping label slapped on the outside of the bag itself… But it did survive transit at least.I probably wouldn’t pay $30 for 30, but at least one flavor always seems to be on sale. For anyone with sucralose/stevia/aspartame sensitivity like me, it passes the test. Great stuff.

These are great for backpacking! Especially when you want to watch your sugar in take and don’t want artificial crap or stevia extract, which I’m allergic to. So hard to find something that is like this with natural ingredients. Will it taste like sugary Gatorade? No. But this is a much healthier option. Mix it with no more than 8 oz of water and you’ll be fine.*Only 4 grams of cane sugar*No high fructose corn syrup*No artificial sweeteners*No stevia leaf extract*Sweetened with Monk fruit and cane sugar!*Loaded with electrolytes!

Just slightly sweet with real sugar, but expensive
Hydrant is awesome! My doctor suggested I get an electrolyte drink mix, but I didn’t want something super sweet just because of my personal preference. I also don’t like the flavor of stevia and fake sweetener, so I wanted something with real sugar but just a little to cover up the salty flavor. After looking for a while I settled on Hydrant, and it’s perfect! Exactly what I wanted – I put a packet in my 32oz water bottle and it just makes it slightly flavored and sweet enough to cover up the salty taste of electrolytes. I can really feel the difference it makes in hydrating me compared to plain water. The only thing is I wish it was cheaper, so I’m still deciding if I want to repurchase or if I’ll buy cheap plain electrolytes and try to cover it up with a some sort of flavoring.

Mixes Well, Tastes Great
I had originally ordered this as a Christmas stocking stuffer for my daughter. She has tried several electrolyte drinks in the past to help with the symptoms of P.O.T.S. Most of the mixes she has tried either taste offense to her or they tend to upset her stomach. On the particular day this was delivered, she was really not feeling well. I was at a loss on what I could try to do to help her feel better. The Hydrant Electrolyte Powder was delivered to our home at just the right time. I decided to give this to her early. The delivery was as scheduled, and packaged securely. The packaging was aesthetically pleasing and all the ingredients were listed clearly, easy to read. The individual packets of lime flavored power are each tightly sealed and are themselves packaged in a tightly sealed bag. She mixed the powder with 8 ounces of regular bottled water and gave it a rigorous shaking. The powder mixed well. I can tell you she was pleasantly surprised by how much she liked this. She was very skeptical because of her past experiences with these types of hydration mixes. She really liked the lime flavor, was just the right amount without tasting artificial. She was able to finish the entire drink and her stomach was not upset. She has since had about 4 more packets through the week. She continues to like the taste and says they help greatly with her symptoms. I am really happy she has found a mix she likes the taste of and that helps her feel better. I plan on ordering more and also some of the different flavors.

Good option instead of popular sports drinks
Bought these for kids that play summer sports, to replace the poplar sports drinks that we buy. Pour 1 packet into 16.9 fl oz bottles of water. 3 different flavor options, low calories and lots of vitamins to help with hydration. Uses real sugar and fruit juice powder, no coloring dye! Would recommend!

Bad formula change!!!
Buyer Beware! The new formula of this hydration mix is awful, and the company added monk fruit without warning anyone. The old flavor was fantastic, but now it’s going to be disgustingly sweet with the added monk fruit. I will never purchase this mix again unless they revert to the original formula. Not only did they make these changes without informing customers, but they also refuse to accept returns on unopened packages, leaving me out $40 for a product I can’t even use. I’m extremely frustrated and want a refund for this deceptive and unappetizing change.
