Lifesaver! Improved sleep!
Hydralyte tablets are a lifesaver! I get dehydrated alot and these work so fast its crazy. The orange flavor is pretty good too, not over sweet or fake tasting. Dissolves easy and doesnt leave a weird texture. Perfect for when I travel or just feel run down at home. Little pricy tho but worth it cuz it keeps me from feeling sick. Definetly recommend for anyone needing quick hydration fix.

Product is great but keeps getting delivered smashed
This product is great and I’ve ordered it on a regular basis from this seller for years. Sorry to write this here but due to not being able to return the item, I’m unable to contact the seller directly. In the past 6 months the lack of protective packaging has gotten progressively worse to the point where everything is crumbled to bits or just straight up powder. This means you can’t measure your dosage accurately. Please speak to Amazon or your delivery partner about protective packaging because it’s really getting ridiculous and I’d hate to have to find another seller after all this time.

The taste isn’t as strong as some powders, etc, which is good. It’s still sweeter than I would like, but oh well.

Lacking flavor
Compared to almost any other Electrolyte tablet ive tried, these just dont have enough flavor. Its like going to a concert but instead of being inside the venue, you listen to the concert from 3 blocks away. Its like im drinking plain water but really thinking hard about flavor to trick myself into thinking its there.Theyre not terrible, the flavor that is there is good, but theyre definitely not strong. I use 2 in one normal glass of water and could reastically use 3 to get it to where the flavor is as strong as one tablet with other brands.

Recommended for Ostomates.
As a person with a ileostomy, I lose more salt and minerals than the average normal person. So, I need more that just boring plain old water. After getting a little sick and tired of Gatorade everyday, I decided to buy Hydralyte and it does work wonders if you’re sweating and have output at the same time. I’ll eventually get a little dehydrated and tired after losing so much salt and electrolytes from my body from intense activity like playing video games or from walking in the heat.Gatorade has a lot of sugar in each bottle and can give me sugar crash after drinking a lot. Which is one of the downsides and their flavors are more artificial. They still work, but too much sugar.After some research and looking up ostomate blogs, like those who write personal blogs about their daily life with their stoma (ileostomy). I am glad to find this life saving product, which is Hydralyte that is recommended from the ostomate who blogged about it after saying water alone doesn’t cut it.The taste is light and crisp, it’s not heavy and can absorb into your body quickly after drinking it. The tablets are pretty big and won’t go inside most water bottles. So, you’ve to pour the water into a cup and place two tablets and let them fully dissolve after it is done fizzling.Hydralyte wakes me up and helps cure my crash, light dehydration, and fatigue hangovers more than Gatorade alone.I highly recommend this product to anyone who doesn’t like drinking plain water or Gatorade all day and wants a alternative. Also, to those who’ve physical medical conditions like ileostomy, colostomy, and other medical conditions that can dehydrate you.Also, it is very useful for travel when you can’t carry large amounts of Gatorade or any other Sports drink.I need to buy more.

Not just boring plain old water and after walking in the heat of the South Florida sun. Getting dehydrated is always one step away when you go anywhere down here. With so much sugar in each bottle of anything out a gas station, this was a welcomed alternative.The taste is light and crisp once it fully dissolves in your container. The absorption into the body is astonishingly quick with no worries of crash, light dehydration, and fatigue hangovers. I highly recommend this product to anyone who love to drink a lightly flavored version of water.This company has amazing customer service to boot as I’ve personally experienced it after having some concern. They put me to ease without reservation and the Hydralyte Store has a customer for life.

Most tablets were broken or completely crushed
There wasn’t a single tube that didn’t have multiple tablets broken or completed crushed.This was disappointing given that I used to buy these in pharmacies and it was my preferred brand.I initially thought that maybe I just got a tube that got shaken up a bit, but then consistently experienced broken tablets with other tubes.The whole idea of the tablets is being able to have the right concentration (osmolarity) when mixed with the measured quantity of water, to optimise rehydration. When you can’t even get the tablets right, it defeats this purpose.I was very busy at the time of using these and didn’t have the chance to take photos to upload for a review. Overall very disappointing.
