It Works!
This works! I am on week three of taking Gut Instinct. Like many of the other reviews I have tried many things for my bloating to include seeing doctors. If I eat, I bloat. I usually look 6-8 months pregnant after any meal. My baby is 25 years old. This has significantly reduced that issue. It hasnât totally fixed it, but I feel and see big relief (75% better). This was coupled with Flatter Me and a 16/8 intermittent fast (16 hours fasting and 8 hours of eating). I did not restrict what I ate, but generally try to keep it low carb. I have experienced no weight loss. My stomach is like iron and I did not experience any of the cramps and bathroom issues that others have described. Once I find something that will help me produce more waste in the bathroom, I think I will have finally found the winning combination for a flat stomach. I definitely recommend.

Easy easy pill to swallow. No foul taste or aftertaste at all. I am on my 60th day and really didn’t feel any change in my gut. I eat extremely healthy and clean. Just really no noticeable difference.

Lost over 40 pounds but couldnât get my stomach smaller. I was just losing weight everywhere else. I am limited to how much exercise because of an injury. There was all kinds of options on probiotics and digestion products. I mean where to start. And the money. Others might like to gamble with their money and take a chance on a product. I donât trust a sales person anywhere. A couple liars make them all look bad to me.The price was fair on the Hum Gut Instinct. And I lost another 15 pounds in the stomach area. Dropped 2 pant sizes almost 3. No I didnât spend all day in the bathroom. Actually I am more regular now than before.

Terrible stomach pains!
I donât know if this affects people that have diverticulosis, (not diverticulitis) but after taking 1 pill, I spent the entire next day in terrible pain with my gut! After reading other reviews with people having a diverticulitis attack, it made me wonder if it bothers certain people with the condition. I do know I have taken other Probiotics & Prebiotics without any issues. So after 1 pill- $60 down the drain wasted!! In todayâs day, thatâs a lot of money to just throw away! After the pain I went through, I would never try another. It felt like I was having a mild diverticulitis attack. I couldnât eat a thing all day, & had to just lay around with a heating pad on my stomach!! It was like someone punched me in the gut! No thanks- would I recommend.. I think not!
