Like the softgels, much easier to take without getting stuck in your throat. Three a day two in the morning, one or two at night. These were added as part of knee and joint pain relief along with other vitamins. I am okay with taking these to help with pain relief, hopefully the longer I take them the better they will work. No noticable taste.
