Good alternative to coffee!
I thought these weren’t working, and then I took 4 and drank with a rock star energy drink, talk about rocket fuel! I think 3 is a good dosage, takes a little while to kick and lasts a few hours. For me, it’s the guarana, that makes a difference. Good for an afternoon or morning where you are dragging and need a burst, like a power up of energy. I would say play around with the dosage, to find what is comfortable/energizing for you, then if you are going to take a second set/dose make sure you space out the hours in between. Hydrating with water is always good. Give them a try!

I do feel more energized.
First, I’m a 52 yr old woman.
