Helps calm my mind

Very helpful but not miraculous
This is not miraculous but it does help me sleep. In addition to two capsules of Deep Sleep I take 1 mg of melatonin. Also, because of my great difficulty in sleeping, I have had to completely stop drinking alcohol and caffeine (though I do indulge in some dark chocolate after breakfast – certainly not in the evening). I also have to avoid using my computer or cell phone for an hour or more before going to bed. Sleeping well is difficult as you get older but all these things help.

A herbal remedy for sleep that actually works!
We have been using deep sleep herbal soft gels for over a year now. I love how it’s made with all natural, high quality ingredients without any synthetic ingredients. They work well too! We usually only need one when the normal dose is one an hour before bed and another right before you fall asleep. Rarely do we take the 2nd dose! Grateful for this product, thank you!

These pills help me sleep and Iâve been using them a lot. I ran out at the beginning of Sept n I will not get my subscription until Sept 20. I had to get another bottle at regular price and cancel my subscription because I did not get my second bottle on time. I donât like this. This is why Iâm giving them only three stars.

If you live in a hot climate..do not order this from Amazon in the summer
This is not a product review. It’s a warning re how the warehouse packs items of this type: I bought this product based on the positive reviews. But when I picked it the package up and opened, 2 days ago, the capsules were all stuck together. I took one a night anyway, hoping for the best. The directions state they will kick in after a couple of nights. However, because the Amazon Warehouse failed to consider that they were shipping to a zip code in a HOT area, the product was ruined. This was not cheap but I am not blaming the manufacturer. They had nothing to do with the packaging. Do not order this during hot months or if you live in a hot climate, or you’ll be wasting your money. Product did not work due to heat damage/loss of potency. (Amazon MADE me give a rating. I don’t want to give a low rating as it’s not the manufacturer’s fault. Be warned!
