Finally helped my wonky blood sugar levels
Iâve purchased so many random supplements over the years and 99% of the time I feel no discernible difference after taking something for a month. This is one of the first products like this that I had to repurchase once I was done with the first bottle.The most notable difference for me is my blood sugar/hunger levels. I eat a fairly balanced diet and good amounts of food for my body. I would still wake up at 3 AM intensely hungry or sometimes the same would happen just as I was waking up in the morning. I felt dizzy and like I hadnât eaten in days. It was the strangest thing. Even during the day, between meals I would start feeling intense hunger coming on in 2-3 hours after eating a satiating combo of foods for breakfast/lunch.I noticed that after starting to take 2 of these a day, Iâve stopped getting hungry in the middle of the night and my stomach feels calm/neutral when I wake up in the morning instead of uncomfortably hungry. And when I do get hungry itâs very gradual and not the intense plummet I used to experience. It actually took me a while to figure out what changed and I narrowed it down to these pills.Highly recommend if youâre experiencing similar symptoms!

I never got a confirmed diagnosis because well the healthcare here sucks and I donât have the money to just try to diagnose a few symptoms that might end up being nothing or something else. I knew there was something wrong though, about a year ago I started gaining weight and body fat no matter what I did. I was so tired all of the time even if i got decent sleep. My hair was so thin and fragile. My periods got so excruciatingly painful. For a while the weight gain didnât bother me because I lift pretty heavy weights and it did help with getting those numbers up but then I stated getting very puffy even with a controlled diet. It got to the point where my ED was being triggered so I knew that it wasnât a diet thing. I started researching symptoms and read countless testimonies from others that have hypothyroidism, Iâm now like 90% sure I have it. These pills have helped immensely, like literally a night a day difference. While my biggest reason for wanting to try these was the body fat/weight gain, it definitely wasnât the only thing that i have noticed to have improved. I can sleep AND FEEL RESTED and have energy, finally. Seriously for this reason alone i will continue to take these. My brain doesnât feel as foggy, and might i say I actually feel happy. The first day I immediately noticed how I didnât feel bloated after a day of full nutritious meals(this is saying a lot because i really did get to the point where I would only eat something small once a day). Since then itâs only been like a week but Iâve eaten more these past few days than I did probably all of the last month but I donât feel bloated/puffy all the time anymore and Iâm even losing weight. The only thing I donât know if itâs helped is my hair thinning because i shaved it off but I guess weâll see in a few months.
