Breathing/Circulatory System
I was short of breath when a lay flat on my back and my left side but I notice after 1 week of taking this supplement twice a day my breathing is much better but the only thing I dont like is if I take it on an empty stomach it makes me flush and naseous but it really help me with my breathing as far as my circulatory system.

I used to buy another brand but Amazon was out. This one listed the exact same ingredients, exact same amount of each ingredient so I assumed it would work the same. After taking for a week I noticed I would feel anxiety in my chest throughout the day. Then it started at night when I was trying to sleep as well. My bp was all over the place when I would check it. The only change I made was I started taking this supplement. So I stopped taking it, my bp stabilized right away. I do not know why but there is something in this my body just does not like. My bp is not bad yet and I was taking supplements to keep it from getting bad since my family has a history of high bp. I increased beet root I was taking for my carpal tunnel and that seemed to do the trick. I’m 120/70 most times now, while taking this I would got as high as 158/90. Might just be me, but if your bp goes up when you start taking this stop for a bit. You may be having the same reaction I did.
