Lost weight, less bloating
I love this brand and these supplements. Less snacking, less bloating, and Iâve lost weight since starting these. I can tell a difference if i forget & donât take these for a couple days. Overall very satisfied with bang for the buck.My 1 issue? Again I love this brand but the size of the containers are huge for the amount of capsules in the containers. I take multiple supplements from this brand and every time I order another months supply & open it I feel bad for the amount of plastic thatâs used. You could easily fit 3 if not 4 months supply in the containers for 30 days.

These vitamins are good and you feel a noticeable shift to your ease. Theyâre ease to swallow because of the same size. But I gave it 3 stars because of the packaging. It come in a big bottle that is not even 1/4 filled. Please put this is smaller packaging. Save the Earth!!ð

Works for me!
No bad taste, easy to swallow, no bad odor, works fast and does great with my energy level. I also noticed that since I start taking these I have less bathroom breaks in the night. I use to get up pretty often.

This is a pip off.
The website describes says 60 capsules , as well the front of the package. On the side of the packaging shows 30 capsules because you need 2 per serving !! Itâs a waste of plastic, this big container for the small amount of very little capsules. As well it is made in China. Please donât buy it.
