    Having suffered from IBS for years, this book gave me some much needed tips and methods to pre-empt the onset of IBS, other than my old “grin and bear it” approach. I love how useful the tips are, and some of them are really simple too, such as ginger teas. It also includes some of the more cutting edge research and methods to treating IBS.
