The main spring-based grip strength trainer that it comes with works well and the adjustable function is nice. All of the other things in the box weren’t very useful and I’d only recommend this for the main part.

Not all the items were useful to me. But I made the best of the items. I really like the counter on the grip item. The palm exercise help me regain strength in my left hand(broken fingers).

This was great, I injured my hand and needed physical therapy. The size is a one size fits all and straps are adjustable so you get a variety of exercises from one equipment so that saves you money. The quality looks cheap but itâs well made.
