I love these gummies! I suffer from insomnia and have tried everything – but these do the trick. I usually chew 2 – they have a dark berry flavor that is very good. I drift off to sleep after about a half an hour. I can only tell you my experience – they may not work for everyone – but the ingredients are natural and I love the way they make me relax.

I didn’t notice any difference in the effectiveness between these and regular strength. The differences i DID see are that they are more expensive, there are less in the bottle, and they taste HORRIBLE. the texture is rubbery.

This is a nicely flavored but very sticky gummy that does help me sleep . If they could solve the stickiness this would be 5-star. Sometimes we have to dig them out in pieces with a fork then guess which pieces make a full gummy. But sleep is a nightmare for me and these do help.

Effective? Eh, not so much.
These gummies will help get you to sleep but they certainly won’t help keep you asleep. And after a while, they become progressively less effective. That’s been my experience with them anyway, after going through two bottles of the stuff.
