Worked well but did not enjoy taste
Most of these powders were very strangely flavored, and I could not bring myself to enjoy the orange, lemon-lime, and at times the fruit punch. These had a very medicine like taste and were almost bitter to taste. The grape and kiwi strawberry were better tasting, but were very artificial tasting. However, all of the flavors did exactly what they advertised; within 10 minutes of drinking the mixture I would feel significantly more hydrated, and as a result, more able to handle physical activity in hot/humid conditions. However, I know there are people who do not have a sweet tooth like I do, and if that is you, you might enjoy the flavors I did not.

Very disappointing
I was hoping this would be like the liquid IV grape, itâs nothing like it. Very sweet and tart, odd aftertaste. I wish I hadnât of bought such a large pack, itâs gross.
