A little high on price, and strong flavor.
Works as intended. The flavor is quite strong and requires more water to be mixed and needs time to settle before drinking. This does work well when used as needed, like mixing a scoop into a drink and sipping during a workout. The Kiwi Strawberry flavor taste good on its own, however I really enjoy mixing the powder with my vanilla protein powder during workouts, it creates a thick, strawberry vanilla milkshake type of flavor and improves my performance, along with how I feel after a long/intense workout + sauna session.

Tastes awesome, packets can be stretched quite a ways too
I have bought just about every flavor Ghost offers, including the ones in the tubs. I just picked up the new Ocean water as well when I reordered. All of these taste great, and are more or less the same flavor as the sour patch kids/etc. It’s hard to tell the difference. After months of drinking the Cherry Limeade flavor, I did start to associate it with cherry cough syrup, but it is an artificial flavor, soooo… Still drinkable, but now that’s what it makes me think of whenever I use that flavor. YMMV. I find that, using a 1qt bottle I am able to use about half of the packet per bottle and it’s more than flavorful enough, and I personally find a whole packet for the same to be overwhelmingly strong. I also end up extremely thirsty if I guzzle a whole packet, so I usually use one packet per day to flavor two bottles of water (Don’t tell Ghost! wouldn’t want them to shrink the serving size!), and it stretches a while as a result. It took me almost 4 months to reorder, I was able to make to make three bags last that long.These are my go to when I’ve been out cooking in the wet blanket that is the Florida summer, and my chubby Coloradan self is dying of heatstroke. There’s been more than one occasion that slamming a packet of this with two quarts of cold water has brought me back from being dehydrated and developing that heat casualty headache. Since it drives my thirst a bit harder too, I usually end up drinking even more water in addition. Awesome stuff!Definitely easy to overdo it with though. I would NOT recommend using these to just flavor your water if you’re looking to do just that, there are other flavor options out there that won’t throw your electrolytes out of balance. This is a sodium/potassium/electrolyte supplement and you CAN overdo it. If I use more than one a day, I find there’s a noticeable increase in my Blood pressure. Use responsibly, otherwise you could very well end up hypernatremic, which isn’t good for you either.

I always loved sour patch kids so I enjoy the flavor in these hydration pouches. They are great for traveling, very packable. A fun alternative to have among our hydration powders.

Grear flavor and electrolytes, bad dyes
Great flavor and good load of electrolytes. But if Ghost was really a supplement company that values their customers health they would not fill their products with dyes. Nobody cares what color the drink is, as long as it taste good and delivers the health benefits.
