Good Flavors, Not too Sweet, Perfect Saltiness
These are my favorite hydration packs. The flavors are great. They have the right amount of saltiness, not too much like some of the competitors, and they aren’t overly sweet. I mix half a pack into a can of plain sparkling water every day.

Good taste, good energy boost
A great pre-workout drink. Great taste, great hydration, and a nice energy boost without the jitters you may get with caffeine.Mixes well with water. I like it COLD.

I’m 65, often not drinking enough water, it’s a wonderful hydration product. My daughter is very health conscious and recommended it to me.

Good but not great
I was really hoping to find a solid hydration solution with these Gainful Hydration Powder Packets, especially with the promise of key electrolytes like magnesium and sodium, plus the added energy support and low sugar content. The convenience of the individual stick packs was a major plus, perfect for tossing in a gym bag or purse. And the caffeine-free aspect was definitely appealing for those times I need hydration without the jitters.However, the major drawback for me was the flavor. The Lemon Lime, while a seemingly safe bet, just didn’t hit the mark. It tasted artificial and somewhat medicinal, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste. I found myself struggling to finish a glass, which defeats the purpose of a hydration drink designed to encourage consistent consumption. For me, the flavor made it hard to look forward to drinking it, and ultimately made the experience less enjoyable.Positives:Electrolyte Support: The inclusion of magnesium and sodium is great for replenishing lost minerals during exercise or daily activities.Energy Support: While I can’t speak to a significant energy boost, the ingredients are generally beneficial for sustained hydration and energy balance.Low Sugar: A lower sugar content is a definite win for those watching their intake.Convenient Packaging: The individual stick packets are easy to use and travel-friendly.Caffeine-Free: Great for avoiding caffeine-related side effects.Negatives:Unpleasant Flavor: The Lemon Lime flavor was, unfortunately, a significant turnoff for me.Aftertaste: The artificial taste lingered, making it hard to enjoy the drink.Overall:While I appreciate the intended benefits of Gainful Hydration Powder Packets, the poor taste experience was a major obstacle. If you are not particularly sensitive to artificial flavors, the product might still work for you, given its positives. However, for me, the flavor is a dealbreaker. I won’t be repurchasing this particular flavor and would be hesitant to try others without reading reviews that explicitly speak to the taste. I would recommend trying a single packet first, if possible, before committing to a full box. I’m still on the hunt for a tasty and effective hydration solution, and unfortunately, this one didn’t quite make the cut.
