Relief and hope
This is a fantastic supplement. Gaia is wonderful as always! Better mood & sleep, and a major reduction in hot flashes. I use it in conjunction with some additional herbal support for perimenopausal symptoms. But I find that when taken in the morning, there are lasting effects throughout the day and into the night. The addition of mood supporting herbs like St Johnswort really has an uplifting effect as well. Hope and positivity is an additional boost we women really need at this time of intense transition. Great supplement and I am really truly thankful for it 🙂

So far so good….
I have been using this for about 2 weeks, and even accidentally skipping some days, I could tell that my PMS was not as bad. 🙂 No bad sinus headaches or allergies from hell, no major cramping or stomach upset.I will be interested to see how well it works after taking it for 2months.Will buy again to find out.Has not helped with sleep so far.I wish it was cheaper.

Works but with acid reflux
This product absolutely works! I genuinely felt better. My periods were not as painful, my cravings for sugar/salt were curbed, my hair started to fill in , but my stupid chin hair started to be lighter and grow much slower ( very very good) I did see my stomach start to go down after about 2 months of taking the product. I also noticed that my blood pressure had lowered some. (I never had high blood pressure anyway, but I like to watch that when I’m taking something new) Overall very positive results. The ONLY downfall was it gave me terrible acid reflux. I could no longer drink my coffee because it would worsen. But if I stopped taking the pill for a day or two the reflux would go away. I don’t know what that was about. None of the ingredients had this as a side effect. So I’m not sure what caused it but it was definitely the pills. I thought I would try another brand and those pills didn’t give me the reflux. But they also didn’t work like this one did.Now everyone’s body is different. I completely advocate for this pill. Just pay attention to your body.
